Excellent. From my first call to the service performed.

It went very well, except for some weather the whole process was very smooth. He checked the fan and knew right off it was bad. Also ordered a computer board as well since he explained to us the possibility that the fan could short out the board as well. He answered all of our questions as well and took the time to explain everything that was going on..I would very much recommend this business to my friends and family...

Our washing machine had deposited about a quart of water under the machine on several occasions shortly after being used which we promptly cleaned up. The repair man searched diligently for the source of the leak but found nothing. He as very thorough. He called other repair people asking if they had encountered the problem. Several weeks earlier he himself had experienced a similar situation with the same outcome. He told that party to call him if it deposited water again. They haven't called. He suggested we do they same but not to clean up the water until he could examine the source. The thing has never leaked again. But I would use these people again. It was obvious that this repairman was very knowledgeable. I wouldn't use anyone else. The problem with the leaks was probably self generated.

Washing Machine repair - Technician mentioned to dispatcher that my problem could be the lid switch and not the time timer based on my description. I had them bring the timer just in case, knowing that I would have to pay a restocking fee since they do not stock that part. I agreed because I did not want to be further delayed in getting the machine repaired should that be the problem. Mike Maloney, the repair person, was on time and correct in his assumption about the problem. Diagnosed and repaired in 40 minutes. While he was here, I explained that I had replaced replaced a dishwasher and was unhappy with Sears because the machine was defective (did not dry) and I was having a difficult time getting them to respond to problem. Mike did not have time to troubleshoot the old dishwasher (still sitting in my garage) that day due to an appointment, but mentioned (based on my description of the problem in the control panel) it could be one of two replacement items, both less than $300. Dishwasher Repair - Sears continued to be evasive about my problem, would not credit me the money I paid my plumber to install. Almost three weeks later, Sears agreed (after this had been discussed the week of the problem) to replace the dishwasher and have their installers do the install at no charge. The attitude of the manager was off-putting and patronizing. He even went so far as to say the drying problem of the new dishwasher could have been caused by my plumber! I told them to come get the machine and give me a refund. I then called Alpha Omega again and Mike came out to troubleshoot the problem with my old dishwasher still in the garage. Come to find out, it was not either of the two problems it could have been, but simply, a wire had come loose and it was acting like the door was not closed and that's why it would not kick on. He plugged it in and only charged me the service call! Bottom line, these guys are the best and, I highly recommend them to anyone for appliance repair!

Checked parts that may leak and concluded that the water leak was abnormal.

I called Alpha Omega in the morning. A service consultant was sent out at noon the same day. He immediately identified the problem, provided us with an estimate and fixed the problem within an hour. He explained what the problem was, what he needed to do and approximately how long it would take. I was very impressed with the service, product knowledge and professionalism of Alpha Omega. And the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Alpha Omega and will use them in the future.

10 year old Maytag washer was making funny noises and the clothes were still wet after the Max Spin cycle. The time given was 10-11 am... the technician showed at 11:05am. He wasn't rude, but he wasn't particularly helpful... got the impression he was in over his head. Very frustrating conversations. Was unable to properly diagnose problem or complete repair. The washer actually got worse afterward - in addition to poor spin cycle, started wearing holes in clothes because they get caught between the door seal and the tub seal. Eventually, started making very loud grinding noises whenever running... another company serviced it and found the computer control board had gone out.

Alpha Omega is fabulous. They came out to repair the heating element in my oven. While they were there they diagnosed my washing machine. They gave good advice to not waste money fixing it, and offered suggestions on which brand to purchase. They are highly recommended by us!

Purchased older home. All appliances were working, but I had some kitchen remodeling done and after appliances hooked back up, refrigerator was leaking some water and dishwasher not pumping water out. Called and got technician the very same day. Replaced tubing on refrigerator and since it is an OLDER refrigerator, helped me install an and quot;in lineand quot; water filter - - even mounting it inside a cabinet so fridge would still go back flat to wall. Ice maker and water working fine now. Dishwasher needed valve replaced and screen cleaned and he recommended a product to use occasionally for maintenance that CLEANED the inside of the dishwasher beautifully!! REALLY NICE person to have inside my house and so helpful. And service on the same day!!!! Charges were extremely reasonable fir service on two appliances.

The price included the service call and a free follow-up after the work was finished! It was great and the washing machine works wonderfully!

Fixed washer prob quickly, and the entire call was much cheaper than what I expected.Also adjusted the seal on my refrigerator at no charge. Based on one call, I would highly recommend them for large appliances.

I called Alpha Omega this morning and because was going to be away from home until the afternoon the technician came shortly before 3pm. Raymond was very professional and friendly. The drain (I think) in the freezer had frozen so he corrected the problem in no time. We are very happy with their service.

Scheduling is always easy to arrange, arrival has always been within the agreed time frame and the repair is fast. Each service tech has been extremely professional. I keep their phone number within easy reach and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I absolutely love this company! I think they give exceptional service, and I've found them to be incredibly honest. Most importantly, they do great work.

Alpha Omega has done wonderful work for us. They are very efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. For example, another provider did a very poor job cleaning my dryer vent, and Alpha Omega went over their work and did a thorough clean-up of what they missed. At that time, we contracted with Alpha for annual dryer vent cleaning. However, when our next appointment for the service rolled around, Alpha advised us that our dryer vent was still in good shape and there was no need for us to pay them for the work. I really appreciated their honesty. They even fixed my dryer vent handle free of charge at one point, which shows how willing they are to go above and beyond. I'm really, really pleased with Alpha Omega Appliance Services!

They were great! Their employees were very prompt, honest, helpful, and friendly. I thought the cost was reasonable, and I was very pleased with their work.

They showed up on time, and I was happy with their service. They solved my problem by cleaning out the duct work. I think they worked efficiently, and they cleaned up after themselves well.

He came on time and told me exactly what was wrong with it. He told me that it was a good washer and that I needed a new dryer. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Afterwards he told me that it should last 15 years. It is still running.

I was very pleased with them. I thought the service was just great. He just came in, and was very friendly, professional and got the job done. He and my husband were talking but it wasn't an hourly charge; it was based on the work. He did a great job and the freezer works great. It just seems like the price and the time he got here was great. I was very pleased. I would highly recommend them.

I had a fire in my range oven last nite,ultimately involving the fire department, called Alpha Omega this morning, scheduled a 1:00 appointment and they arrived on time! They were very professional, tested the various components involved and had my range in working order shortly thereafter. I will certainly use them in the future and highly reccommend them!

The icemaker broke. It was repaired.

The job went well. I was pleased with the price. They fixed the problem. Their professionalism and customer service was top notch. The guy was knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. I would recommend them highly to anybody.

There was nothing to dislike. They were very knowledgeable and prompt. He explained everything very well. I felt very confident with the decision. He had the part right there on the truck, so it was replaced quickly.
