Gary did an excellent job pointing out and finding all the minor imperfections of the house. He was very knowledgable about the different codes and when they were enacted. Gary went out of his way to explain everything to us. He gave us tidbits of information on what it could take to repair and also how serious the infraction was. Our realtor even made comment that selling agents fear him. I would wholly recommend him.

Gary did an excellent job start to finish. Professional, thorough, and friendly. He was happy to explain as he went along all the details on his findings and offer suggestions for improvement. Inspection report was generated same day and was very detailed with photos. Wil definitely be calling Gary again for future properties.

Gary Parsons arrived on time and explained his process to me. He spent about three hours at the house and inspected it inside and out. The next day we received a detailed report that not only described items for repair, but had clear and easy to use pictures of the areas he referred to. Areas that were changes in building code were identified clearly and his recommendations for repairs were clear and easy to understand. Having the report in such a usable format was invaluable as I got estimates and scheduled the repairs that would be needed before listing.We were so impressed with Gary's service that we hired him to do the inspection of the new condo we were purchasing and he did a similarly excellent job.

They were very helpful. He was willing to answer questions in detail about his report even on weekend. The report was full of digital photos which was helpful. He was willing to go out of his way to satisfy my needs as a customer.
