Grib's Septic Systems

We contacted Grib's to install our septic system. The owner--Gray Gribble--met us at the property and helped us decide where the best place to install the septic system to make the best use of the property. The near-term plans for our project are in three phases: Have a place with all utilities to park an RV when visiting. Build a small cabin so we can stay on the property when we want w/o the RV. Build a residence. Additionally, we have long range plans to clear additional acreage for livestock. In the evaluation, he was able to help us layout the site plan for our future construction projects. This property was a challenge as it is very rocky. Because of the spectacular views from the property we were set on where we wanted our future home. Gary helped us with the layout of all of the underground utilities--water, septic, and both high (electricity) and low voltage (cable/phone) electric services. Although we only contacted Grib's about septic we found out that this company also does site prep, excavation, driveways roads and the like. We were provided a very fair project cost and gave the go ahead to get started. During the site prep we were contacted numerous times to insure that the work being done was exactly to our needs and satisfaction. Like most construction projects there were changes that needed to be made along the way. No changes were done without consulting us. NEVER ONCE WERE THERE PRICE INCREASES DUE TO CHANGES BEING MADE! In fact, there were additional items added that were not part of the original quote. This included not only trenching the water line but installing the line and connecting it to the water source. The same was true for the electrical trenching. When constructing the driveway and RV pad a gravel base was added that was not part of the original quote. When I questioned Gary, the response was, "This is the only right way to do it, don't worry about it the price is going to stay the same". We are very satisfied with the professionalism, quality, and timely completing of our project completion!
