Description of Work: Alan responded very quickly to an emergency call. Our toilet intake line broke or the valve stripped & the overflow was too high- so the toilet flooded out the top into the floor. When I tried to fix myself - I broke the brittle PCV pipe. Alan fixed everything & went in from the opposite wall - behind washing machine rather than mess up the newly painted drywall in bathroom. He even did a great job repairing the drywall himself. Very prompt and professional - Excellent Job!

 + -1 moreI was calling local places for estimates. They were supposed to come out and give me a estimate and next thing I know I am getting a bill in the mailbox, thanfully it was cheaper than any estimates I have gotten but I do not think it was right to just fix it in case I wasn't prepared for the cost. My husband did most of the digging to see the problem of the site, so the plumbers had easy access to view. This being the case, I think they thought they didn't need to do much cleaning up. But a month or so later and its' still working so I'm not complaining!
Description of Work: I believe they just put a T and cleanout by my curb to fix the collapsed pipe.

Description of Work: Installed a Rinnai tankless water heater. Did a excellent job. No complaints, would use them any time I need anything to do with plumbing.

 + -1 moreI was referred to them by a friend. They came by and gave me a verbal estament and said they would not be able to start till the next monday, this was on tuesday. The week came and webnt and they did not show up or call. I was the one calling them, please come and fix my plumbing. 2 and a half weeks later they showed up at 11:00 in the afternoon, worked till 12:00 back at 1:45 and worked till 4:30. I did not see them again for another 3 weeks to come and finish up. They left a huge mess and I had to call and have them come back to clean up. They also broke my shower door and did not tell me about it. When I brought this to their attention they told me they would buy me a new one and install it, that was almost a month ago. The plumbing still has problems. When I ask them about it they tell me that wasn't part of the $3500.00. I spent alot of money with them and I was treated like they were doing me a favor. well no more favors from me!

 + -1 moreThey charged me $70.00 to unclog my drain. This was for five min. worth of work. I would not use them again and I would not recommend anyone to use them.
Description of Work: I called them because my main drain under the house was plugged up.
