+ -1 moreRob provided an estimate for the work and we scheduled an appointment. He was very prompt and completed the work in a timely manner. He had indicated that I might continue to see the ants for a few days after treatment; however, once the work was complete, I never saw another ant. Zoom does an excellent job and I will definitely use them in the future.
Description of Work: Rob treated the interior and exterior of our home for ants (the very tiny "sugar" ants).

+ -1 moreRob reviews all treatment performed with us each time, checks each problem spot if there was a previous concern, and we had a minor concern with ants under our sink and dishwasher. Rob came to the house between visits and left traps for us, even though we were both at work.
Description of Work: Rob is always available, flexible and willing to help in an emergency. We have used him for three years now and refer him to family members. He treats inside and outside of the house each quarter, and will bring special traps or treatment if needed.

Description of Work: Zoom treated for bugs inside and outside the house. Since we have been using Zoom, we have not had any problems with pests of any type. Excellent service!
