They come in and do mowing on a regular once-a-week basis for our neighborhood. If I need something specific done, I'd find Mr. Watkins when he is on the property. Otherwise, I don't schedule them. I pay for them through my HOA dues. They don't always get to the bushes like they should. They don't do a very good job of maintaining trees. All they want to do is mow and blow. They cut down the tree in the yard. But, it died because they do not have tree service capabilities and they weren't able to save it. As part of their contract they do cut down trees. If I ask them for some specific work in my yard, they do respond very well to it. They show up every Monday morning. They have a tendency to leave their empty water bottles and trash in the yards.

The service is always really good. We can always count on them coming on the same day and at the same time. Also we had Charlie help us with building a drainage ditch, like a french draining system, but completely maintenance free. He was able to build this ditch in only a couple of hours and immediately prevented water from puddling up next to the side of our house. He did quite a lot of landscaping for us as well this spring and did a really nice job. HIghly recommend Charlie for your regular maintenance of you lawn and any landscaping needs you have.
