+ -1 moreTrevor came within a few hours of my call and trimmed all the trees in the backyard. They were extremely over grown so i know it was not an easy job. Danielle came with him to help and they knocked it out in just over an hour and a half. They were so sweet and down to earth! I forgot at the last minute that my son had my car so they even left and came back an hour later for their payment. Most people will not do that. I will definitely be using them again!!
Description of Work: Trimmed all trees (4) in the backyard.

Description of Work: Lori emailed me early in the morning saying she had another job in the area and her crew could come that same day. (I don't remember the date but the computer is making me pick one.) She gave me a price (I think it was $450) on the phone without seeing my 5 trees. They showed up promptly, but as I watched them work, I became more and more sure that they were not trimming the trees correctly. I stopped them after they finished the 2 back yard trees and paid them $200. I have since confirmed with multiple sources that they did not cut the branches in the correct places. However, the company that later trimmed the rest of my trees said that the improper cuts would not kill the trees, so I don't know how much it matters. Lori's crew did raise the canopy well above our alley and driveway and cleared out the dead branches, so our primary need was met, and the price was unbeatable. My husband thinks the trees look fine, but I think they look ugly.
