Our company is family owned & operated.It is run by 2 sisters who have lived in the in the Dallas area our whole life. We specialize in great customer service. That is what has sustained us for the last 15 years.We are a very small company with a few employees and hoping to grow from there. We do not use subs because of our training process. Our pricing is very competitive because we are a smaller company. Pricing is per each individual house and can be determined at the time of scheduling. . Award winning.

Description of Work: When initially signed up for service they were good and spent time and paid attention to detail. Over time they would speed through, miss areas, and was less attention to detail. After mentioning issues several times, decided it was best to cancel and find new service provider.

Description of Work: Although the cleaning was done reasonably, it was not top notch. Also, it was explained that my wife was disabled and needed everything in its place after the cleaning. I had to go around the house after each cleaning and put items back where they were before they came to clean. I reiterated this each time. After the 3rd time having to do this, I canceled the service. the owner is very responsive, professional, and attentive. But that did not trickle down to her employees.

Description of Work: Complete deep cleaning of the entire house. Extra attention paid to baseboards, door facings, doors, floors. Both the ladies I spoke with at the agency were very nice, professional and helpful. The person who came to the house to give me an estimate was great. Very clear about what was covered and what was not. I also told her the specific places I wanted extra attention. They were prompt for the arrival time and got right to work. There were four workers all very nice and respectful. Took time out for lunch and told me they were leaving and when they would return. It was exactly as they said. They gaive me the complete 5 hours of cleaning. They have assignments for each part or area of the home. During the cleaning I asked a couple of questions and pointed out a couple of items I thought needed extra attentiona and that person went back and did some more cleaning. Very apologetic they missed the place and just very nice about it. After it was all over there were a couple of places on my wood floor that could have been better. Actually some dirty areas , from something spilled and not wiped up when it happened. I had pointed these out to the lady who came to the house. Anyway they missed these couple of areas. My floors are dark and hard to see if you have all places cleaned good. I have to kinda step back look and move to get the reflection just right sometimes to see some areas. Thats why I had some bad areas that had been missed. Anyway I didn't call them back , it was minor and I probably should have told the floor person that it would be difficult to clean. All in all they did an excellent job and I was very satisfied with the service. I wish I could afford to have them every week but can't do so at this time. I definitely recommend this company to anyone needed a very deep detailed clean.

Description of Work: All I can say is this company must be doing very well and just does not need the business. It amazes me that I seem to not be the only person that sent a request for a quote and got no response. I even sent it twice over a two week period. It was for a huge party and I needed lots of help doing a BIG deep cleaning. I also amazes me that this company continues to give the same response (excuse) that they simply just did not get the message. If I was the owner and had even 1 customer say they could not get a response from my company I would find out why. Is it Angie's list web site or is it the company? Luckly, I found another cleaning service (not with Angie's list) that responded to me immediatly and helped me in my last minute desperate cry for help. My advice, if you don't hear back within 24-48 hours from this company or any company, look for someone else. There are way too many companies out there that are not too busy to give great customer service and respond.

Please be assured that we return all e-mails and calls the same day that we receive them. I don't understand why this customer would post this three weeks after she said she attempted to contact us. We check our e-mails throughout the day and I can assure you that this person never contacted our company. I think it is so sad when people will try to intentionally harm a companies reputation we stand behind our business and our reputation. We also stand behind Angies List they have been very good to us.

From the initial interview to the last weekly service I couldn't be more pleased. Not only are their skills and work ethic outstanding they are very careful with our dogs. I keep our dogs confined in a room not being cleaned so they do not get in the way but the Ultimate Clean Team is sensitive to making sure nothing is left amiss or left behind that could be dangerous to our dogs. They have been punctual, pleasant, efficient, thorough, and consistent. Each one of them have such positive attitudes and are attentive to detail. Great leadership and excellent service! My only regret is that I didn't find them before now!

The experience was fantastic. The other service I used closed due to illness and I needed someone desperately at the last minute to clean prior to a party in my house. They were very accomodating with my time needs and I'm still using them today!
Description of Work: Wow! I've never had my house so clean and I thought I had a clean home. They are a bit more expensive than my last set of cleaners, but the house is way much more clean. The space they cleaned is about 3500 sq. ft. if you want to judge on price.

When we arrived in Dallas and checked out the home the day after she cleaned it, we found decently clean hardwood floors, decently clean walls, but that was where the decent ended. Our home had stood unoccupied for two years, and despite interim cleanings, there were significant accumulations of dust - and a few other issues. On the stone floors of the large Master Bath, there were three separate bird droppings. These were still there when we checked the home out the next day (we had driven cross-country for five days prior to arriving in Dallas). As well, there were dust bunnies under the bookshelves in the family room, two dead wasps on the hardwood stairs along with places where moisture had caked the dust to the wood, the window sills were very dirty in many places, and most of the sinks were very spotty/dirty. The granite countertops in the kitchen and guest baths were still significantly spotty - and appeared to have had a damp rag dragged across them - but were not clean. Our realtor said she was at the house for about 3 hours - pretty short period of time for a 4100 square foot home. We simply cleaned the house again ourselves, rather than ask her back on a Sunday to clean. We'd thought maybe something had happened causing her to do a sub-par job & that she had realized she hadn't provided good service to us - as she didn't come by to pick up her check for a couple of weeks. We'd written it off as "a bad day" for her and weren't going to write a negative opinion, accepting that she already was punishing herself by not charging us. However, she just called a few days ago and came by to pick up her check. We paid a slightly lower amount, but chose to not protest any further - if she thought she'd done a good job, ... well, ... we probably weren't going to change her mind. But we'd also advise considering another service. We found her work to be significantly substandard.
Description of Work: We hired the service to clean our new construction home (empty of furnishings) immediately prior to occupancy. The quoted rate was $350 - high but we felt confident enough due to decent reports in Angie's List to go ahead and book her services.

The member called me on April 1st. to get a quote on cleaning his vacant home in Dallas. I told him that I don't usually give quotes over the phone, but for cleaning a move-in my rates start at $350.00. He said that would be fine, and he would call back when he knew the date of the closing on his house and I could schedule him then. He called back the week of April 11th and said he needed it cleaned at the end of the week before the 18th because they were moving in. He said to me "The price is $300, right?" and I laughed and said ok. At the time I asked him how I would get inside and how would I get paid. He told me the realtor would have a key and that she would write me a check. The realtor called me and I gave her a time when I would be there which was April 15th at 12:30 and we waited in the driveway until 1:00. Her and I walked through the house because he wanted us to find a place to leave the key when they arrived in Dallas. Twenty minutes later, we agreed on a place for the key. I asked her about the check and she stated she knew nothing about it. She then called the member to ask about the check at which time I told her the price would be $350 and it would take about 4 hours to clean because there were three of us cleaning. (Which in reality is 12 hours of cleaning.) She talked to his wife, asked her about paying because she knew nothing about it, and said that she could write a check, but didn't have one with her. I told her that it would be $350 and it would take 4 hours to clean the home. She said that was fine, she could wire the check to my account or mail the check. I agreed to go ahead and clean their home, and said that I could meet them at their home on Saturday when they arrived in Dallas to pick up the check. The following day, Saturday, my day was booked giving estimates, so I wasn't able to make it to their home. I called the member that afternoon since I hadn't heard from them to see if everything was ok and that I couldn't make it by there as I was very busy that day. He said everything was fine and that I would need to call his wife to pick up my payment. The next two weeks were extremely busy for my team and I, so I didn't call his wife until Thursday the 28th. and I told her I would be there the following day between 1-1:30. She said she probably wouldn't be there, but would leave the check under the doormat. I arrived at her house on Friday the 29th at 12:45, and she wasn't there. Nor did she leave me a check under the mat. I called her from her driveway, she answered the phone and asked if I was at her house. I told her yes,I was in the driveway. She said was sorry she forgot to leave the check because she had been busy trying to work out of her home since they moved in and said that she would mail it to me. I agreed and gave her my address. She apologized again and thanked me and hung up. I received my check in the mail on Monday, May 2nd. for $300.00. I kind of laughed when I opened it, but decided it was no big deal, I am not going to argue over $50.00. With all that said, in reference to the things he commented on...the bird drippings were actually paint that had not been cleaned by the new construction clean-up crew. The slate is a porous material, and the paint had absorbed into it which would require a paint thinner to remove. I don't carry paint thinner with me to clean homes. That is for the clean-up crew after the home is built, not a cleaning service. After we cleaned the upstairs, which took several hours because we worked hard at trying to clean up what the construction crew had left, we moved downstairs. On the way down, all the stairs were vacuumed, cleaned and treated with wood treatment. All the spiral spindles were cleaned, but we were unable to get some of the overspray off of them. The wasp that he referred to were flying around the house while we were there, and must have died between the time we left and the time when they arrived. As we were cleaning the downstairs, the electricity went off. It was a storm moving in. So we finished cleaning without lights the best we could, sweeping the floors, cleaning and treating them. As for the spots in the sink, the sinks are made of plastic since the home is made of recycled salvaged materials and I personally cleaned the sink at least six times to try to remove the spots. As we were leaving, the wind had picked up and was blowing extremely hard. As I shut the front door I was on my hands and knees trying to wipe the floor to make sure when they got home there would be no dirt or debris. The window sill which he is referring to is right by the front door. I cleaned off the front door which was extremely dirty and also all of the light fixtures that wrap around the front porch because they were also covered in pollen. I always like to make sure the entrance is as clean as they inside because it is the first impression when you enter the home. I called the member from her driveway to let her know the electricity had gone off while we were cleaning and that it was the whole neighborhood, not just her house. I told her we had to finish the first floor in the dark and we couldn't use the vacuun without electricity so we swept the floors which were extremely dustly from the construction, and told her we did the best job we could without the electricity, and that when they arrived if they needed to be redone or if she wasn't pleased with the results to let me know. She said to me "I am sure it's fine." I strive very hard to maintain good customer service. I treat all of my clients the same and never walk out of a home that I feel is unfinished. Had the members been willing to communicate with me, this problem could have been easily resolved. The Ultimate Clean Team's reputation speaks for itself. I regret that he feels he received a substandard service.

We recently moved into a large, older home which the previous owners didn't clean before moving. The Ultimate Clean Team called me back the day I left them a message. They came out quickly and gave me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment. They showed up on time and worked hard the entire time they were here and did exactly what I asked. They are going to cleaned the house in sections, and they did a great job on section one, which included oiling my kitchen cabinets and the half paneling in the sunroom.
Description of Work: The Ultimate Clean Team cleaned my kitchen cabinets and then oiled the cabinets down. The same with the half paneling in the sunroom. They swept the kitchen floor and vacuumed the house.

When I first contacted The Ultimate Clean Team through Angie's List, Pat called me back right away and set up an interview within the week. She was punctual and pleasant. We talked about the size of my house; they don't usually do homes of this size, so we came up with a plan to divide it up. She was very forthright as to what her team could accomplish with the amount of space I have. We discussed products, and she was open to used whatever I supplied or the products they bring with them. She assured me that they would not need me to "take care of them," as I had done for so many home helpers. The first time Pat and Bonita cleaned for me, I was impressed with their confidence and how organized they were. They saw things to do that I had not seen. I was most impressed that they cleaned the French doors (of which I have several), both inside and out without being asked to do so. They arrived on time and were very professional and amiable. They started to work immediately as if they had been there before; they had a plan. They divide up the cleaning so that each knows what their responsibilities are. When they left, I was very happy I had contacted them and have continued to be pleased. I waited to submit a report because I wanted to know what their work was like over time; so often the first clean is good and then it declines. My experience with this team is that they do a good job each time.
Description of Work: THE ULTIMATE CLEAN TEAM is the best cleaning service I have every used! My house is large, so we do the downstairs three times a month and the upstairs (hardly used) only once a month. I have used them once a week since 3/11/11, and I have been very happy with their professionalism and the quality of the cleaning. They clean thoroughly ... even the glass French doors, of which I have several. I have wood floors, stone floors and carpet. The counter tops in the baths and kitchen are marble. The plumbing fixtures are nickel, for the most part. These ladies know how to take care of the different surfaces and materials. That is very important to me; by home is new. Pat and Bonita are always on time. They are willing to use either their products or any specific cleaning product which I provide. They bring their own equipment, one less thing for me to be concerned about. These ladies do not spend time talking; they are fast, focused and always friendly. My house looks terrific when they leave. I should say that they are not requested to change linens, do laundry or do special project cleaning such as clean book shelves or cabinets inside, but I am sure they would come a separate day and provide these services if asked. One way that Bonita is helping me get my antique wood furniture polished is by applying leave-on polish (one room per week). The polish has to be removed, so the furniture actually has to be done twice in one cleaning. All other furniture is simply dusted. She could have refused to use the "double-duty" polish at all, but she is the one who suggested getting it done a little at a time. In the past I have always had one cleaning lady who comes twice a week and does whatever I need, especially if I need a project done. The only thing wrong with this is that the house never seemed to get completely cleaned. I really like the way this is working out with the professional cleaning service I am using now ... The Ultimate Clean Team.

We would recommend The Ultimate Clean Team.
Description of Work: The Ultimate Clean Team has been cleaning my house every other week since approx. June 2010. They are very trustworth; I've actually only been in the house once when they came. We have 3 shedding dogs, and they do a great job of removing all of the dog hair from the floors and keeping our hardward floors shiny and pretty. They do an excellent job on bathrooms and kitchens.

Pat cleaned my house very well. My kitchen and bathrooms haven't been this clean in a long time. I am a person who has clutter (not like a hoarder thank goodness), and she managed the clutter successfull. I gave her permission to put things away because I experienced an immediate trust when I met her. I like her very much and won't hesitate to call upon her again.

The Ultimate Clean Team have been cleaning my home every other week for approximately 10 years. They are totally trustworthy, professional, punctual and delightful human beings. They bring all of their own cleaning supplies and vacuum equipment. My house can get rather messy with two large laborador retrievers and two growing boys. I always feel so happy after the Ultimate Dream Team has visited my home because everything looks new and the whole house smells wonderful.
Description of Work: They change the sheets on my bed, wash and vacuum all floors, clean all toilets, bathtubs, showers, dust, etc. and do all general household cleaning.

I had heard about The Ultimate Clean Team through a business associate of mine who just raved and raved about them. Having housekeepers in and out for over 10 years I was weary but hopeful so I called to give it a chance. I was more than impressed! From the moment I called, I could tell they were different from every other cleaning company I called. They were very kind, professional, and worked around my schedule to get me in as soon as possible because they knew I had guests coming. I opened the door, and 2 super sweet, Christian southern Belles walked in. I just felt comfortable from the start. I left them as I ran some errands and returned to what looked like a brand new home! Every possible detail was touched upon and I could not believe it! It's shocking to me that other companies can stay in business when there are companies like The Ultimate Clean team in the same business. They are perfection. I even told my husband that I would give up getting my nails done every week if he would let me hire them.....HE DID! So needless to say, they are now part of the family that we see every Wednesday and my house feels like a show home! Thanks ladies, keep up the great work!!

Sherry and Sharon showed up on time (very important to me) and ready to work! They are extremely approachable, friendly and kind. I have never had anyone clean my house before and was a bit apprehensive at the idea of having strangers come into my home. I immediately felt at ease when they came to give their free estimate. They were very professional and sensitive ( I admit I don't keep good house) to the filth. They brought in their equipment and explained how they would be cleaning by area. I gave them free reign and went to a cafe to pass the time. When I came back they were packing up their equipment and it was like I entered a different reality. Everything was so clean! It was like I had freshly moved in again. I thanked them profusely and gushed about their work. They were very appreciative of my business which I further extended to them once a week. After the initial detail cleaning, they lowered the price to $75 and are coming every week!! A friend had referred me to them after I had complimented her good housekeeping. I was glad she didn't keep all the glory for herself and was king enough to share the truth. They came again today and I just had to get on Angie's List to gloat about them. I am grateful that I am kicking of the New Year in a beautifully clean HOME.
Description of Work: Full detail cleaning of my 1075 square foot loft. They cleaned the entire loft top to bottom. Including floors, baseboards, fixtures and my ceiling fan (I have 10 ft ceilings!) It was like my mother cleaned my place!
