They really did a lovely job. They were punctual and did the "ultimate" job. My daughter is even going to use them from now on.

They certainly do a deeper clean than I do on a weekly basis.UCT does a nice job.

I have been using The Ultimate Clean Team for several months. I am generally happy with their work but the cleaning has been uneven depending on who comes to do it. There have been several changes in team members due to staffing changes on their part or scheduling changes on my part. Some of their cleaning staff has definitely done a better job cleaning than others. They are always responsive to my issues and try to address them promptly.

We noticed dirt, cobwebs, and other obvious things that should have been cleaned, but were not.

I found The Ultimate Clean Team on Angies List, I called, left a message, they returned my call in just a few short hours to set up a time for us to meet in my home to see what I needed. They were personable and professional. My house is on the market and explained that I needed vacuum, mopping and dusting. The day and time was set, the Team showed up on time as promised, they looked and acted professional, I was extremely impressed with them and the great job they did . I highly recommend the Ultimate Clean Team, and I plan to continue using them on a regular bases. Thanks

After living in my rental house for 7 years, my tenant moved out and left the house a mess. Everywhere you looked there was dust, dirt, and grime. He was a bachelor, and was not interested in keeping the house or yard clean. I contacted several housecleaning services and received quotations. Right off the bat, I could tell that The Uitimate Clean Team (UCT) was a very professional, high quality company. They were quick to respond, and communications were very clear. They were a little higher than other companies, but I felt like they understood what it would take to get the house clean. Other companies wanted to charge extra for services that were standard in the UCT quote. My schedule was tight to get the house ready, including cleaning, painting, replacing carpet, etc. The UCT showed up at exactly the time they committed to - no excuses for a prior job taking longer. And they were finished when they said they would finish. When they left, the house looked and smelled great. My wife used to clean houses part time, so she knows all of the "ins and outs" of housecleaning. She gave the house a white glove inspection, and it passed with flying colors. Everything was clean - corners, closets, drawers - all the places that dirt likes to hid was clean. Thanks for the great job UCT! We will definately use you again!

They're excellent, they do great work, thier pricing is fair, they are punctual and the people are excellent.

They are fantastic. I feel safe with them, they are on time, and are very efficient. They clean everything and make sure the kid's beds are made. Everyone is very nice and appreciative of their customers. Their price is reasonable as well.

Yet another company who didn't reply to emails. What on earth are these companies thinking. Perhaps their email address via the Angie's List site needs updating?

I have to agree with the other F grade for this company that I read. I submitted an online request for an estimate- over a week's gone by and I've had no response from them other than an automatically generated email saying they'll be in touch soon. Moving on to someone else.

They arrived in a timely fashion and were immediately polite, courteous, and professional. They worked for over six hours non-stop giving our house a "deep clean." We had used other cleaning services in the past, but the reality never lived up to the hype. These ladies were nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend them and will certainly call upon them again in the future. Not cheap, but well worth the cost!

Moved into a home we just purchased. 2300 square feet, all hardwood floors, 14 foot ceilings. The ultimate clean team came in and spent 6 hours doing a detailed cleaning so we could move in. The previous homeowners had not cleaned the home (only surface cleaning) for many months. There was over 2 inches of dust on the top of the kitchen cabinets & window sills. The three full baths were so dirty that when they arrived, the sinks and counter tops were completely yellow stained (they got them white again) and all three bathrooms were just disgustingly dirty (they made them sparkle). They brought in an entire team to do the detailed cleaning and spent about 6 hours at our home (2300 square feet). They were prompt, friendly, very professional. About two hours into the cleaning, the owner Pat stopped by to check on the quality of the service and at the end of the cleaning the other two owners stopped by to make sure we were happy. The experience has been good overall. They’ve been on time and do a good job!

Three ladies showed right on time at 9:00 am. They split the house up and went to work. Except for taking a lunch break they were busy non stop until 4:45. Our house never looked better. I plan to use them on a monthly basis for $95.

The team did a fantastic job. They first came to visit the house and scoped the project before providing a price quote. On the day of the service, they planned on 4-6 hours to complete. It took a little over 4 hours. The shorter period was the result of the company sending two more people to work on the job about 2 hours into the cleaning. They cleaning team worked incredibly hard. They did everything that they highlighted they would do in the initial walk through inspection. In fact, I was so pleased with the work, I have engaged them to come back for a monthly cleaning.

The Ultimate Clean Team replaced a service provider that was underperforming. TUCT did a very good job. I would recommend them. I live in the Plano/Allen area.

Two women came. The one who did the front did a decent job. The one in the back was terrible. None of the cabinets appeared to be cleaned, none of the drawers were cleaned. There were bobby pins and needles left from the previous owner still in the drawer! There were flecks of paper and dust all through the cabinets and drawers, making it obvious they were not cleaned at all. The fan in master was barely wiped, you could see heavy dust areas and then a random swipe of cleaned area. The master closet has several shelves throughout, and appeared unwiped, specks of dust and paper were lying on the shelves. Shower door still had crust and flakes of something black (no idea what that was) at the bottom, making it look as though the shower door wasn't even touched. This house is old and had some bad spots in the cabinets, which I didn't expect them to work on. But that didn't mean they could avoid the entire cabinetry in the back rooms. I spent a whole weekend, vacuuming wiping out and cleaning the master bath and regret paying the money to have to do it myself.

My overall experience has been very good and they are responsive to special requests.

They do a great job, very punctual and thorough. It's nice coming home to a clean house. I work full time and run a jewelry business so there's no time in my schedule these days for housework. I just wish they were a bit cheaper. They are within my budget, I just hear from friends that they have weekly services for less so I may investigate that further. Overall, great job.

I have been using The Ultimate Clean Team since August. Initially they did a detailed cleaning of my home after I had my floors refinished and had move in (bought the home in July). They did a really great job so I hired them to do my bi-weekly cleaning. They do a very thorough and professional job - home is always spotless after they have been there.

They were on time and worked very efficiently.

I found Pat, through Angie's List. She came over right on time and gave me an initial estimate. I was so impressed with their work. I have signed them on for house cleaning on a regular basis.

They arrive on time and work diligently while they are here. I'm still getting used to exactly what they cover each visit, but if I see something they address it and sometimes they "see" things I don't. Overall, I am pleased with the work they are doing. I have two large dogs and a cat and they are great with them. A friend came over recently and said, "Your house is so clean!" Loving, it!

Everything went great with this company. The crew is very professional and really do a great job cleaning your home. Any time I have any questions or any issues they are very responsive and communicate great with their customers. They are a very easy company to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone.
