THE RIGHT APPLIANCES

Called about a clothes washer that wouldn't drain. Receptionist was very friendly, and repainman called me quickly. He offered to come at 6 pm so I wouldn't have to miss work. I got home early, called him, and he arrived early. Very friendly and helpful. Made the repair quickly and showed me the problem, He also advised how to avoid it happening again. I thought the $40 charge for a service call was very reasonable

Very well. A little late on the initial visit to examine the appliances and determine what was needed to fix them. Was able to get the needed parts and returned right on time to install them within one day.

I spoke with him regarding replacing the compressor, and I felt I was lied to. I was told I had many options to chose from and they would chose the top of the line part, which came with a high price. The compressor was replaced but it didn't fix the freezer portion. I wasn't any better off than before I contacted them. I contacted the distributer he used for the fridge part and found out how much I was overcharged. I confronted The Right Appliances and couldn't really get a straight answer. I paid about $800 and my freezer has not been fixed. I stopped payment on my check and told them I would pay for the appropriate cost of the part and some freon, but not anything further. I felt mislead and that they were attempting to take advantage of me.

I called Mike on a Saturday for my refrigerator that was not cooling. He came that afternoon, and determined that the freezer was not defrosting, so the cold air was not able to reach the refrigerator section. He spent a fair amount of time defrosting the freezer with a hair dryer so he could determine the part that failed and so the refrigerator would work for a few days while he ordered the part. He came back on Tuesday, defrosted again (although the refrigerator worked great since Saturday) and replaced the part. Works great now!

Mike could tell what the problem was right off, explained and showed me what was happening. He promptly fixed it. Works great now. Called before he came, came when he said he was coming, quickly fixed the problem. Very nice demeanor.

Got here quick, did the job and left. We have subsequently recommended him to family, friends, and neighbors. All have been very happy, resulting in additional recommendations.

I didn't use them because they do not repair Microwave ovens. They recommended someone else who does repair them. Right Appliance was very helpful and courteous. I would definitely try them for large appliances.

Was great overall. Called on friday at 4:30 and Mike said he had 2 other service calls and would come after those were done. He came at 6:30 on a fri evening and repaired the dryer. He also vaccumed underneath the dryer and the vents.

They were able to put a stronger motor in our refrigerator that had just gone out of warrantee so that we didn’t have to buy a completely new appliance. The refrigerator has been running great since then and the price was really reasonable. They’ve done an excellent job and I would definitely use them again. I feel like their first solution is the least expensive and benign and if that doesn’t work, they’ll do something else.

Our Kenmore/Whirlpool dishwasher had been getting more and more noisy. We called and Mike came over and said that we needed a new motor/pump assembly. He called about the part and gave us a quote on the spot. We scheduled Mike to install the motor the afternoon of December 23rd, but some of the other appointments before ours ran long, so we rescheduled for noon on Christmas Eve. Mike seemed to be very busy and we appreciated him working on Christmas Eve to fix our dishwasher! Mike installed the motor and it worked fine, but an o-ring on the drain side kept dripping and Mike had to adjust and re-test it several times to eliminate the leak, which involved tipping the dishwasher on its back each time. We appreciated his thoroughness.

I called about 10:00 AM today, and Mike got here about 2:00 PM. He was courteous and efficient. He removed the old element and replaced it with a new one, I will definitely call them again if I have an appliance problem.

called on a thursday morning and had Mike come out thursday afternoon to diagnose the situation. Scheduled for him to come back on saturday since wife was working on friday. Came at arranged time on saturday and did work in 30 minutes. All is working well again.

Got same day service which I was happy with. Came and looked at my frig, went and got the part and then returned later that day to install the bad fan motor. Price was reasonable and tech was very easy to work with.

He was reasonably price and came out on a Saturday without extra charges.

They delivered the washer and dryer as scheduled (ran a little late, but called). The next week the dryer stopped heating. I called the shop and Mike was there within the hour and had it working again in minutes. Awesome customer service. Repair was done under his warranty - no charge. At this price, I can buy 3 sets for the cost of one of the new high efficiency sets that people seem to be having problems with (based on many of the online reviews) - but I don't think I will need to.

I called on a Tuesday morning and the dryer was repaired by Tuesday afternoon. Technician quickly diagnosed problem and had dryer fixed within 2 hours.

He came out and fixed. That was all I needed. He was on time and did a great job. My washer has not given me any trouble since then.

The repairman initially tried to help me solve the problem over the phone, which I appreciated. His suggestion didn't help, so he made a service call, determined almost immediately what the problem was, ordered the necessary part, and repaired the fridge the next day.

I appreciated that the technician only charged for a service call and that he answered all of my questions. I'm a little better informed about what to examine on my dryer if there's a problem in the future.

I called The Right Appliances and explained my problem. I requested a service visit that afternoon or the next morning. They were able to schedule me for that afternoon -- I was pleased. The repair man arrived, assessed the situation, was able to quickly identify the problem. He had the part he needed with him, and he did a quick repair.

Our refrigerator, which had been making an odd noise off-and-on for several weeks, stopped working on a weekend. I called and left a message on Sunday, but did not hear back from them until my husband called mid-morning on Monday. They claimed to have gotten no message. They sent someone out to diagnose the problem on Monday afternoon. He said parts had to be ordered and they would be in by early Tuesday afternoon. By 3 p.m. Tuesday, we had heard nothing, so we called back. They said the parts still hadn't arrived, but as soon as they did, the service person would be out. He arrived at about 6 p.m. He said that the previous guy should have told us to defrost our freezer because that is how he had to go in and replace the failed parts. Luckily, we have a pull-drawer freezer that is easy to empty, and he was ready with a blow dryer to defrost the freezer. He was very polite about this and did not blame us or act impatient because of it. It took him about 90 minutes to replace the parts. We let the fridge cool for three hours before putting all the food back in, and it's been fine since then.

The stove was beeping insistently. The person from The Right Appliance diagnosed the problem. He got the mother board and replaced it. He was fine. He was knowledgeable and quick. He was efficient too. Once he replaced the mother board, the stove was working fine.

Told me it required a new computer part that was no longer available and I'd need to buy a new machine...which I did...but not from them because it was more convenient to go to a place nearby and compare and contrast.

I had a good experience with The Right Appliances. They were able to send someone out the same day that I called them. They came out when they said that they would and fixed everything quickly. The price for the service was reasonable, most of the expense was for the part.
