They were here ahead of time. They were friendly and gave us good security advice by indicating us on the different types of locks. Their price was pretty high.

I was about to have house guests for the weekend when my dryer went bust. Not ideal. I called them, explained the urgency of my situation, and they came out that day. It ended up being something simple that they identified and fixed immediately. I was happy, my sheets were clean for my guests, and all's well that ended well.

Wonderful, he's a great person to work with.

Great work diagnosing the problem over the phone (which is probably due to their vast knowledge of all the various appliances and their problems). The most expensive thing was the part, which is out of their control. I got a call when it arrived and they came out the same day and installed it.

Our oven quit working and we called The Right Appliances that afternoon. They came the next morning--on time--and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. Our oven has been working great since then. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

He was great. He was on time and did a good job. The price was good too. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future if necessary.

The service person showed up and told us that we had the incorrect tubing connected to the washer. He ordered the part and fixed it with 48 hours.

Discussed with the repairman over the phone what the Amana Frig was not doing. Just not cooling. He ordered a part, but when he came to install it, he realized the fan was defective. He did not charge me for the first part. That was the first day. So he ordered a fan & returned the next evening. He installed the new fan. He cleaned up after himself & stayed a few minutes to make sure the frig was cooling. So far, so Good. Reasonable Fee's. We will call him in the future.

They had to empty the tub because they had to fix something on the tub itself that had to be replaced. They came out one day, looked at it and figured out what was wrong. They had to move some stuff around - twice actually - and they did it without complaining. They took the washing machine out and turned it over, so they could drain the water because they couldn’t drain it any other way. They did the job right. It has worked ever since; we have not had any more trouble with the machine. They were very responsive. I think they were pretty busy, but they either came later that day or early the next day; they came within a day and worked for two days with us. Their punctuality was good; I don’t remember being frustrated with them. They were always telling us what was going on. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

Overall, it went very well. He came with a part, turned out he needed another part. He brought the part I said was making noise. Again, this was not the part making noise. Mike figured out the problems and repaired them.

The service was good. The guy knows the appliances real well, he knew what part to track down. He came out and looked at it first then he had to order the part, I had already had a conversation with him on the phone and we agreed that was most likely the problem. He came out and verified that then got the part and came back to install it.

Our 45 year old oven had stopped working. The lower oven still worked but the upper would not heat. Mike came and checked it out - he was very accommodating when I needed to reschedule later in the day. Good thing is he found nothing wrong with the oven - it turns out that the nob to turn off the upper section relating to auto-cleaning had just wiggled over to the OFF position (probably due to years of closing the door too hard. Mike showed us how to get it working again and provided some great tips as well. It was a $45 charge for something that I will now check myself, but it was completely worth it in my opinion - no new oven (and subsequent remodel needed!

I called Mike and he was working on it at 6:10PM that evening. He had the new part installed by 7:00 PM. He was fantastic.

Mike missed initial appointment due to weather (snow/ice) but came the following day after calling. Diagnosed problem quickly, had the necessary part in his truck and fixed it promptly.

My washing machine was leaking a bunch of water on Sunday. I called on Sunday afternoon expecting to leave a message since they were supposed to be closed, but they answered and I was able to schedule an appointment the following day that fit around my schedule. Mike arrived exactly on schedule (even a few minutes early!). He quickly diagnosed the problem which was that I had not loaded the washer properly and as water filled the basket it was splashing and sending it over the basket which explained the leak. No repair done (except for my self-esteem). I was charged the 45.00 service charge, but considering what other companies (even home warranty companies) the charge was not ridiculous. I apologized for taking up his afternoon due to my poor laundry loading skills (HA!). Will call again for any real future problems.

They were on time and pretty fast. I felt like I got a good price for the work done. So far I have had no problems with it.

Based on the technician's recommendation, we replaced the broken washing machine with a pre-owned machine.

The receptionist was very friendly and advised me that it would cost a $45-$50 service call fee and then there would be additional parts costs if needed. The technician called the same day and was able to also come out the same day. I really appreciated that!! The technician was friendly and professional. He listened to the dishwasher running and was then able to open it up, take apart the interior housing and find the problem. There were no parts needed, just cleaning out debris that had lodged inside. My only concern was he charged me a $45 service call, $20 labor plus tax. The receptionist never discussed an additional labor fee. I may could have understood that if parts were actually replaced, but they weren't.

Although I thought I'd have to wait a week for service, he offered to come on a Monday evening at 6:30. This was great, since I work and don't get home until about that time. He was a bit late (because another job ran over), but showed up and completed the work. He quickly identified the problem, tipped the washer up to work on it and was done in about 30 minutes. The replaced part fixed the problem. He didn't even charge me extra for "after hours" work. I would definitely use this company again.

A week before my wedding, my washing machine died. I was under the gone both for time and money. The guys from Right Appliance took the info about my machine over the phone and looked into getting parts to fix for me. Turns out my machine was over 20 years old (!!!) and the parts alone would be $165 -- exclusive of labor to do the work -- not worth fixing. I appreciated their honesty in advising me of this point, rather than just making a lot of cash off of me. I was desperate for a new machine and was not in a financial position to buy a new one so the guys helped me locate a good deal on a used one and installed it. They were prompt, professional, cleaned up any mess and were careful not to scratch my hardwood floors when removing the old machine. Thank you Right Appliance, we will definitely call you again!

I thought it must be the electronic board failing, as it would work intermittently. Sometimes the water or ice would not shut off immediately and sometimes not start. However, it was a switch that was sticking for lack of lubricant. The service person knew what to look for, how to lubricate it and how to test afterward to see if it was working. He was pleasant and willing to explain to me what the problem was. I only had to pay for a service call which was reasonable.

My dryer was making a horribly loud squeaking noise but, only sometimes. I feared this would make the problem unidentifiable and unfixable until it totally conked out. When I called The Right Appliances, they had a couple of ideas what the problem might be based on the age of my dryer and scheduled an appointment for the next day. (Note: tthis was a problem that totally baffled a Maytag store repair person in the past.) When The Right Appliances repair person arrived, my dryer refused to make any noises. Before he could open up the dryer after running it, it needed to cool down. While we were waiting I told him I hated my new Maytag dishwasher because my glasses were dingy. He then explained about the differences in Maytag models and suggested a new detergent. I wish I would have known him before I made my dishwasher purchase! As it turns out, my dryer need more that just a wheel lube job. It needed a new belt and new wheels. The repair person showed me the wear and tear on the parts and promptly replaced them. And, the cost was far less then I expected based on my experience with Maytag store repair prices. Bye bye Maytag store repair. Hello, The Right Appliances!

I called because of their excellent ratings. I was told someone would be out the next morning to evaluate and schedule the work. I was pulled out of town unexpectedly and wasn't able to call until I got back in town. I was immediately put back on the list for the next day. The workman came out, told me what was wrong, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I have a stack washer/dryer so he had to bring an extra person to assist him to fix it the next day. We asked that he make a minor adjustment to the dishwasher that we had overlooked. The cost of very reasonable. They were quick and efficient. I will definitely call them again.
