The store representation gave me a few 'reliable' servicemen and companies that could do the work I needed! I was quite pleased with the service even though they are NOT listed on Angie's List.

Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely use company again.

I called him several days later, and the refrigerator was delivered the next day.

Based on Angie's List ratings, I called The Right Appliances at 8am & left a message. Mike Billingsley returned my call within an hour & scheduled to come by later in the day. He called before he came and was there on time. He checked the refrigerator out & tried to repair that day. However, once he determined the condenser was kaput, he had to order the parts & promised to have them the next day and install them. He called me the next day after he received the parts & scheduled to install that day. He arrived on time with his assistance and installed the parts in less than an hour. He called later to see if the refrigerator was doing OK. It was, and is, working well. A good repair experience. I have no reference point for the cost but it didn't seem unreasonable & it was a lot less expensive than a new refrigerator (the frig is only 8-9 years old). My last Kenmore refrig lasted 28 years & was still working when I retired it).

The refrigerator was just out of warranty and the company we bought the refrigerator from recommended we replace the entire fridge because repairs would be around $700. We were happy with the appliance and did not want to spend $1200 to replace. Found Right appliances and told them we needed new compressor. They quoted the job at half the other company's price. They arrived on time and got to work. They installed a more efficient and stronger compressor than the original. It took about an hour. They knew their stuff and acted very friendly and professional. It is nice to have ice cream again.

They are prompt and they know what they are doing. I am very impressed with them so far!

They were professional. They were thorough. They were very familiar with all appliances. They were courteous and kind. The quality of their work was excellent.

Ice maker stopped working so we called Mike at Right Appliances who had helped us with a freezer in the past. I called in the morning and he was able to come out that afternoon. What he first thought might just be a valve that had gone bad (he ruled out the valve), turned out to be the ice maker itself that needed replaced. He asks the right questions over the phone to have an idea what the problem might be and comes prepared with the right parts to make the repairs. Mike is always friendly and explanatory with what's wrong and what needs to be done. We won't hesitate to use him in the future when the need arises.

When the representative spoke with me, he said I would have to wait on a previous customer but he would call back to give me an estimate time of arrival. On his second call, he told me the the previous customer was not answering so he was 'presently' on his way to my house! I had told him the work would have to be in a very small area with other appliances in the way and he said not a problem. When he arrived he went straight to work! (I summarize he was still going to make his other call this morning?!) He appreciated that I had arranged to appliances for easier access. He only took 20-minutes to replace the fill-valve and return the washer to its original position AND he checked for leaks TWICE! He spent less than a hour in my house and was cordial the whole time. Quick. Efficient and right on his estimated cost. I was very pleased with their service.

Excellent service and response time, quality work at a good price. I highly recommend and I will definitely use again.

Robbie came out on Thursday and analyzed the problem, ordered the parts and gave us an estimate. On Saturday morning, he came back and performed the repairs. Later that same day, the dryer started acting up again and he came out right away that afternoon and made another repair for free. Both machines have worked well ever since.

Delay in getting the work done. Took longer than informed. I had to call them to check into arrival of parts. Cost more than expected.

He an easy and nice person to get along with. He does a through job and checks things to make sure their working right.

The company answered our call promptly and we set up an appointment for the next day. Their employee was very well trained. He solved our problems in a courteous and prompt manner. I will call them again for sure. Overall, I was very pleased with the repair work and the price.

I went to the shop to see the appliances before they were installed so there would be no surprises. Mike and his crew installed them the next week. They were prompt and everything was done well. The first microwave he put in fit but the door wouldn't open, so he had to come back a few days later and put another in. Mike and his crew were very efficient and easy to work with, and I'm really happy with my new/used appliances (the used ones look a little used, by the way, but work fine).

I called Right Appliances after seeing the number of experiences on Angie's List. To my surprise, they were able to visit that afternoon. Mike called within about an hour, got directions to the house, diagnosed the problem, got the parts and fixed it within five hours of my non-emergency call. He was prompt, polite, explained the problem (don't ever leave the electricity off for a day without disconnecting the water line) and thanked us for calling.

The first time someone came out they repaired it, and after the man left, it broke again. Since the man who did the original work was out on vacation, they sent someone else to fix it. The second man repaired it and didn't charge anything. It seems that they are an honest company and informed me that if the problem were to happen again that I would most likely have to get a new washing machine. They are honest and straight forward. They were prompt and courteous.

Scheduled appointment for Saturday. Mike, knowing that he can't get parts on Saturday, brought what he thought we would need with him. Great efficiency. Friendly and did exactly what he said he would.

They came almost as soon as we called. Their customer service department is really great. The serviceman also checked out the whole refrigerator without any extra charge. We thought this showed very good business sense. Their prices are reasonable.

Rights was excellent, excellent, excellent! The man was very positive and on time as well. He was courteous and the price was very reasonable. We were exceptionally pleased with the service.

I am pleased with the repairs and happy to have all of the above appliances working properly again.

I got back into town from a trip to find my washer had stopped working. As a mother of 6 month old twins, this constitutes an emergency! I called in Monday morning and got a 3:30 appointment for that afternoon. I was at work and my sitter was at the house. Mike called me at work at 3:20 to say he was running 15 minutes late. He told me at that point what he thought the problem was and how much it would be if he was correct. He showed up at 3:45 and had the problem fixed by 4:10. He called and gave me an update, got my credit card info, left me an invoice, visited with my sitter about grandchildren and was on his way. The experience was great and I would use him for other repairs.

I called on Saturday morning and was greeted by a real human being - not an answering machine. I was told that I would receive a return call soon. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Mike. He was polite and gave me an idea of what to expect concerning the problem I had reported. Although I had no expectation of even being able to schedule a repair time until the following Monday, they were on my doorstep that afternoon AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. They found the problem and the repair was completed quickly and efficiently. My washer is a stack unit so the danger of water damage was great. They were careful to make sure there was no spillage on my floor. They explained that the problem was not at the high end of the scale, as I had anticipated, so the charge was HALF WHAT I HAD EXPECTED. I applaud their honesty. I was more than pleased with their work and plan to use them in the near future to install a dishwasher. Thank you Angie's List and thank you THE RIGHT APPLIANCES!

Mike was great! He quickly found the problem with our leaking washing machine and gave me two options on how he could fix the problem. He said he could replace the part and charge me hundreds of dollars or he could just unplug it and save me hundreds of dollars. He then explained everything I needed to know about the part and what would happen if he just unplugged it. He showed me how to use my washer without the part plugged in. He left the decision up to me and did not pressure me. After some thought, I realized I really did not need the part plugged in and that I could use my washer just as good without this part. Mike is an honest repair man and I am glad he came over and not some crooked guy who could have charged me a fortune on this same repair job if he wanted too, and I would not have been the wiser.

Scheduling an appointment was easy, and they called before they arrived just as they said they would. Mike was very good at explaining the issues, what our options were, and then letting us decide how we wanted to proceed. Once we decided to purchase a new freezer he made calls to find us a replacement of the same size and options. He was able to offer us a few different choices, and once we made our decision it was delivered within the next two hours as promised. We will definitely do business again with Right Appliances if the situation ever arises.
