+ -1 moreThey were great, very friendly and accomidating at first. I droped the glass off and then didn't hear very them for a week. When I contacted them they still hadn't cut the glass. I picked it up and took it elsewhere, where they had it done in 20 mintues.
Description of Work: They were to cut a whole for cords in the glass top for a desk.

+ -1 moreThey did not show up for the first estimate. Did show up the second time. The third time they showed up hours late and I thought they were coming to install the mirrors. I called several times in advance and was assured they were bringing one mirror and would cut down my other mirror on site. When they did show up they remembered that they had to pick up the large mirror to take to their shop to cut down. They had not brought the truck to do this, nor did they bring mirror for the second bathroom. Like an idiot I rescheduled for three days late. The didn't show up, so I called the office. I was told he could not be reached. They never showed up.
Description of Work: Needed one new bathroom mirror and another mirror for another bathroom had to be cut down and reinstalled.
