Last spring after storms, I used Stanford Roofing based on a recommendation. Afterwards, roof looked fine; everything seemed OK. We have a 5 year warranty. A couple of months later, we had a leak, or 2. Roofer was prompt in attending to problem. Now this spring, we've developed another leak. Basically the same spot. This time, response not so great. It took better than a month to get someone out, while it continued to rain, then the repair was shoddy. Not sure it won't continue to leak. Roofer would not help with inside painting from leak (didn't last time either). Because of continued leaks and roofers unwillingness to respond to messages, we got a second look. Since then, other roof problems have been discovered. Stanford is unresponsive. We will end up using someone else and paying for repairs. Reporting to BBB. Use this roofer at your own risk.
