+ 0 more.All of this work was completed in about 2-3 weeks. I called him back two times and he came promptly. Once was to re-do some painting near the new cabinet, and the second time was to repair a leak in the bathtub - he immediately knew where it was coming from and fixed it. At the time of all this work, I had a dog that tended to be aggressive. Sam was not afraid of the dog and was able to enter my house every day while I was at work. I want to get another bathroom remodeled in the future, and I will definitely call Sam to do the work.
Description of Work: Sam completely remodeled my bathroom. He took out my old sink and cabinet and installed a sink and cabinet I had selected. He replaced the old flooring with tile I selected. He removed the old wallpaper and capped and covered over an old gas wall heater. He replaced the tile work over the bathtub and also installed all new plumbing fixtures. He replaced my old lighting fixtures. He also installed a new exhaust fan. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship. Sam also replaced the tilework in my front door entry. In that process he filled in an old plant display area under my open stairway, and extended the tiling into that area, thus giving a more open look, which makes the entry look much larger.
