The work was done very well, the employees were all very professional and did a great job. Scheduling was the biggest challenge. They seem to need a great deal of time to schedule the work crews, but once they do come out, they do a great job. It did require multiple trips for the pool and spa lights and GFCI replacement. Joey in the office was always very helpful and courteous and always called back when he said he would. That helped alleviate the frustration of workmen not showing up when we thought they would. Overall, it was worth the wait to have a quality job done.
Description of Work: We had tiles popping off that needed to be replaced and the caulking around the perimeter of the pool was pulling away and weeds were coming up. Safe Water Pools came out, removed all the old caulking and filled in with new and was able to match the color. They also removed any additional loose tiles and replaced them with our existing pieces and were able to match pieces that had been broken or missing. They also removed rust stains from the bottom of the pool, replaced and repaired both the pool and spa lights. The electrician installed safer GFCI power outlets for the pool and spa lights.
