Description of Work: Job was a full renovation. Contractor demanded final payment before completion. Substandard electrical work. Would not meet self established deadlines. Unprofessional. Would do demolition for specific projects - creating a mess - then demand more money to complete specific project. Would not show up with any regularity. Worst contractor experience EVER!

Description of Work: We have used Quintanilla Demolition and Renovation for several jobs over the past couple of years. Remodeling, painting, laying tile, electrical, plumbing, new patio.

+ 1 moreWe suspected it had old asbestos in it. It was from the 70's. Quintanilla's is a Spanish name. The double l is a y sound. They were reasonably priced. The owner is very flexible about working with his customers. He will work through a problem because you always get snags in these kinds of things. He works through the problems and he makes it right. The price was reasonable. It was a huge, big job. It was pretty cheap to remove the swimming pool. It was half of what everybody else charged. I would use them in the future.
Description of Work: Quintanilla's Demolition & Renovation Services removed old insulation. They've done quite a bit of work for us. It might have been two summers ago, that they worked for us. They worked on the attic and replaced all the siding on the house. I don't remember the price. The first thing he did was remove the swimming pool. It was $3,000 to remove the swimming pool and fill it. That was 3 years ago. The past year, we put a patio over it. It was concrete filling and repair.
