 + 0 moreMario presented a bid, which seemed fair. He had done work for us in the past, we knew he would not be the cheapest but he is definitely good value. He does very good work and takes pride in a job well done. We had a hodgepodge of items to be taken care of. A lot of woodwork that had been stained we wanted painted white, several rooms to repair walls (remove old vent covers etc) and paint, and some exterior work as well. We extended the top of a car port, wanted that painted, as well as metal posts, also some repair work on outside soffits and our front door. He showed up when he said he would, use quality products, took time to do good preparation. We are very pleased and would recommend him highly.
Description of Work: Mario repaired walls, added crown moulding, extended a carport roof, painted three rooms, painted a lot of wood work.

 + 0 moreWork was performed on time and professionally. I had no problems at all with the work and professionalism of the crew.
Description of Work: After experiencing a water leak Mario and his crew replaced all the baseboards and drywall in the kitchen, hallway and living room that had to be torn out. The replacement was done so well that you would never know that anything had happened. Even where a piece was spliced in the feathering was so good you could not tell a piece was replaced.

 + 1 moreMario's crew arrived on time in the morning - I left them in my house with no worries. When I returned everything was picked up - there was no mess left. They moved all the furniture in the master bedroom. They even helped me move a filing cabinet when the job was done. I cannot recommend Mario highly enough!
Description of Work: I have used Mario before many times. He and his crew do a fantastic professional job. He may be slightly higher than others, but the quality of his work is WAY above others. I have had 2 other painting companies before I found Mario and they were horrible. One company (from a interior designer no less) spilled paint all in the front entry way of the front walkway and did not clean it up. I had to scrap it off by hand once they left. This time I had the following items done.: ceiling in small bathroom drywall patched (from larger hole cut putting in new exhaust fan), re-textured and repainted. Master bedroom repainted. Ceiling added a square molding inset. Painted ceiling, walls, crown molding and baseboards. He fixed nail pops in the ceiling drywall (original builders used nails vs screws) and put back in screws. Patch and caulked all seams on the windows and molding. You cannot tell where the nail pops were at all. removed wallpaper in master bathroom toilet room - they had to refloat the walls since the original builders did not prime the wallboard and the wallpaper was a mess coming off repainted the cabinets and trim. Re-caulked the toilet seal on the floor with new caulking for me. Fixed a baseboard in the hallway where a seam showed - now it is invisible where the two boards met.
