+ -1 moreThe very next day, it was leaking. He came out and repaired this, but two days later, it happened again and made a hole in my ceiling. The thermostat then wasn't cooling, and I called him about it. It finally got to the point where he wouldn't return my calls. An inspector came out and found that he never got a permit and did much of the work incorrectly. He ended up being turned into the state and fined. I finally had to pay someone else to fix it. I had to take him to small claims court, and we settled. After 10 days he hadn't paid me, and we agreed he would pay a higher amount if it hadn't been paid after this long. He finally sent me the initial amount owed but hasn't paid me anything in addition. He was just not a good company to deal with.
Description of Work: My air conditioning broke, and we decided to replace it with a new unit since it was 17 years old. We also replaced our heating system.

+ -1 moreSAME DAY SERVICE WAS GREAT! SERVICEMAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. PRICE WAS REASONABLE. IT WAS A COLD DAY AND WE NEEDED THE HEATER FIXED FAST AND HE CAME THROUGH. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.
Description of Work: REPAIRED HEATER WHEN IT QUIT WORKING. HAD TO REPLACED AUTOMATIC PILOT LIGHT.
