Pool Experts

I contacted Pool Experts after three years of absolutely horrible service by other contractors. I had not been able to swim in my pool due to the lousy upkeep for nearly two years. I lived through the other providers missing appointments I was charged for, using the wrong chemicals, not doing anything at all on some days, etc. I was at the end of my rope and came to Angie's List for the name of someone to contact to help me. I found Pool Experts and contacted them immediately John came out to my house that same day, looked at the pool and agreed to begin maintaining it for me. They even went to a pool supply company and purchased the necessary adapter to use to vacuum my pool. John started maintaining my pool on August 1st and it hasn't looked this good in three years. He is friendly, professional, punctual, and knows what he is doing. I am so very happy with his service and would recommend him to anyone needing their pool maintained beautifully.

Pool experts were fast and efficient. Job was done when promised and the cost was comparable to other company's. what I enjoyed was the friendliness and professionalism. I gave them my gate code and the job was done before I even got home. I would use them again!!

I told John upfront that the pool was filthy with leaves and sand in the bottom, etc. He assessed the situation on site and said he could clean it in 2 $65 sessions. It took him 2 hours and his equipment kept clogging up. John said he would call to schedule my next cleaning and I have never heard from him again. I purchased a new filter for the pool and called John to see if he would come clean the pool (since he never contacted us for the 2nd cleaning/visit). I also requested a referral to someone else if he were unable or unwilling to clean the pool. I have had no contact with him. FYI The new filter has made the pool much cleaner and easier. I still would like a cleaning though. He never called to set up the 2nd visit that he determined I needed at my initial meeting in March. During that visit he complained at how dirty my pool was and how it was clogging his equipment, even though I was upfront and told him the pool was filthy (primarily leaves and sand). I gave an overall rating of F because he never returned my 2nd call in July. When you don't return calls, you get an F.

Excellent. John was a pleasure to work with and he clearly knew his business. We bought the house and didn't understand the pool setup. He came out, shook his head as well and told us exactly what we needed. The existing construction was a mess of tangled PVC, badly installed, leaking, etc. He cut it all out and repaired it properly, and labeled it so we know how to operate the various valves. We weren't there to supervise his work, and were glad that we could trust him to do the work without needing to waste my day baby sitting a contractor. He's definitely our go to guy for pool work now.

GREAT! I used John for weekly pool treatments. Then have a problem with my pump and he was there that day and replaced. Ever since I call him for everything and he always comes thru.
