The task involved removing an existing carpet and replacing the carpet with a tile floor. The time span from start to finish was less than 48 hours. The workmen installed plastic covers over openings to other areas of the house and also items that remained in the area where the tile work was accomplished. The orginal floor, under the carpet, was not smooth which required the use of an industrial sander to smooth the flloor prior to the installation of the tile. All individuals we dealt with we very profressional. The crew disposed of the old carpet, pad and remanents of tile. Once the tile was installed, the crew cleaned the tile and disposed of all other loose materials that were part of the installation. The outcome of the installation was of high quality.

Luna did not show for first several attempts to get estimate. The work was less than his minimum; understandable. The work was not completed on time; took more than one day. The work was bad! 1) Many individual tiles not level 2) Tiles not set straight; start going at a slight diagonal 3) Tile centerline drifts Luna, the owner of Quality Installations by Luna, never came by to inspect the work of his employees, neither during the process, nor after the installation was complete. That's a total basic check that every business owner should do. I didn't seek any fix, because I'm a little lazy, it's a small job, and I don't think he's going to do anything about it. After missing appointments and not checking the quality of the work he did, do *you* really think he's going to make this right. Bah... I cannot and will not recommend this company. I wish I had happened on almost anyone else to do the work.
