I have had three other window cleaning teams here to the house and I can tell you that neat n' elite is the best we have ever had in every category! He returned my first call to him very promptly and was very friendly and professional. He explained how his pricing goes and we agreed on a date for the project. He confirmed with me the day before and showed up on time this morning. He is the owner, manager and the worker and takes full responsibility for the job to be done right. He has one very competent helper with him. They cleaned out the gutters very thoroughly and were careful of the garden and the whole house. The windows were sparkling clean when they left and have never looked better! He takes great care and pride in what he does and is so polite and friendly and professional. Nothing was out of place when he left. I wish all contractors were like Luis Huesca! Looking forward to having him do the job next time and will recommend him to all my friends. His pricing is very fair----we even tipped him because we were so happy with his work.

Luis did a great job. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. Different than other companies, Luis has an attachment on his ladder so that the ladder is never leaning on or damaging the gutters.

I have recommended this company to many. The gutters were full of leaves and had not been cleaned in a few years. Luis gave me a quote, arrived on time, cleaned the gutters, and showed mepictures of the clean gutters. He also helped me change a front door light bulb that I was having trouble with, and did not charge me extra. At completion he kept to his quote. I highly recommend this company

Service was absolutely incredible. Luis showed up exactly on time and hand washed every window inside and out. It's embarrassing to admit this, but I'm a first time home buyer that just bought my house exactly 1 year ago. The outside of the windows were so dirty, I actually thought they were permanently damaged. Our windows in our 24 year old house look brand new. I'm so happy! The gutters are spotless too!

Luis did the best job of anyone I have ever used. I've recommended him to all my friends, family, and neighbors. He took his time and did not leave a smear or speck of dirt on any of the windows, though some were very hard to reach and he had to climb on the roof to access them.
