Very pleased with the craftsmanship and speed of the work. They came out the same day to give me a quote, work was done the next day. Before arriving I was texted and emailed a photo and bio of the technician so I knew who to expect. They made sure I had no questions and was happy with the work done before leaving.

This was my first experience with an electrician. I will say that the others that called wanted a service fee for coming. One would absorb the fee if I had the work done and the other would not. Mr. Electric did not have a service fee, but was, in my opinion, way too expensive for the work I needed done. My husband was very put out because he kept telling me he could do it himself. I insisted on a professional because it was electrical. So, Mr. Electric did the job and the light in my kitchen is working perfectly, but I cannot help but feel like I was had. Not so sure that I would use again.

Top notch! I can do most DYI electrical, but wanted a PRO to hook up a transfer box for my generator! Great job and I will certainly call them again when needed!

Clint was nice, and I was able to get multiple issues handled due to the price. I will definitely share and recommend your guys in the future and will be using again if need be.

Expensive. I agreed to it so I can't be too negative but if my back wasn't out I could have saved a lot of money. Putting the ceiling fan up after all the support work (the things that take a smaller person in the attic and skills I don't have) was a bit excessive in my way of looking at things. They were both agreeable sorts and I am enjoying the fan.

Mr. Electric, follow up with a call and nessage to let you kbow the Tech is on his way, along with a photo and their background. Larry, was prompt and on time and knowledgable. He came fix my Doorbell and found something else that was wrong, and resolved all issues. Larry, was very professional and polite. I would definitely use them again.

The company followed up with a phone call to learn what my situation was. They scheduled a tech for that afternoon. Kirk was pleasant and professional. He found the problem after a thorough check and got the heater working again. While servicing he found more problems in this old house. I will definitely use this company again.

Exceptionable electrical contractor. Met the wireman, the journeyman and the master--all very knowledgeable and professional. Plus they provided innovative solutions that saved costs yet were safe and code compliant.

I would like for everyone who is looking for an electric service not to hire Mr. Electric. It was not the quality of work because no work was done. I confirmed my appoint on 12/27/2018 with S. Young for a time span between 8-12. On the 28th the appt was reconfirmed. I expected the electrician to come within the stated time period. Around 11:00 no one was here so I called Mr. Electric and was informed that the electrician had to go on an emergency call. I thought this was ok when I was first told but discovered that we were cancelled because I didn't answer my cell phone earlier when Mr. Electric had called me. I didn't realize that three confirmations were necessary. I was under the impression that the technician would call when he was on the way. When I called Mr. Electric the receptionist , who I believe was S. Young was rude. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. I will give this company a zero for their attitude towards potential customers and also inform others of how I was treated. Very poor customer service.

Electrician who did the work was punctual, professional, and cleaned up after the job. I am completely satisfied.
