He absolutely overcharged for what he did. How about replacing 4 fluorescent bulbs, bypassing the ballast so the fixture did NOT have to be replaced and charged $375 even though he admitted the bulbs were less than $10 each. He said it was so expensive because electricians are expensive due to their training......

Excellent customer service and quality work.

Flexible around other tradesmen that had projects going on in house. Even called back up to figure out how to add additional light fixture workout tearing down wall. Came back to tweak lopsided fixture that we could not correct.

We had two people come out the same day and gave us a quote, did the work and cleaned up after themselves. Price quoted was price charged and the electricians were very nice and explained everything they were doing. Would definitely hire them again.

the cost of services acquired through Home Advisor are significantly higher than most due to the referral charge. Will have to consider more financially reasonable suppliers for remaining projects.

Junior is the best technician that has ever visited my house for any repairs I've done. He is very courteous, clearly understood my issues, examined and tested all my equipment, and gave me a thorough explanation of the services required for my home. I recommend Mr. Electric reward Junior with a Amp Meter that sends diagnostics to his phone for his excellent customer service and technical skills. I know the tool is expensive but it is well-deserved and technicians like Junior should have high quality tools at his disposal.

They came out that same day. Cody, the technician, was very knowledgeable. The repair cost much less than I expected.

Jake Dawson came in and had the positive attitude which spreads to the customers. My wife and I felt confident that Jake would make our electrical project easier than expected, as electrical work can be so dangerous if you don't know. I will use Mr. Electric for any future work.

Great company and reasonably priced. The gentleman that came out was very helpful and knowledgeable. He replaced an outlet and a breaker. I would highly recommend.
