I liked the electrician who came out and explained the bid and the work to be done. these are honest people. An electrical or plumbing contractor is allowed to charged up to 8 the cost of materials, as the electrician informed me. Mr Electric did not gouge me on price.. Mr Sparky's bit was closer to the six to eight times the material cost. I would trust Mr Electric to treat me right.

I thought the service was kind of expensive

He charged me $403 for an hour's work. My brother asked him why he didn't run the wiring along side the plumbing wiring - under the paneling, and he said "it's hot in the attic, and it's out of your way; isn't it!" My brother will have to redo this job, now, after paying this "professional" The inspector said he did a barely passable job and agreed with my brother that he should've run it like the customer asked.

Very thorough at checking for all electrical problems.

Took a day off work to meet electrician, no one showed up. No one called. I finally called them at 5:00 and was told "oh, he got held up on another job" Their web site brags about "on time service" and "we'll call if we're going to be late" So we wasted a day of work for nothing. When the electrician showed up the following morning he very professional and did good work. I think 240 dollars to replace one outlet is outrageous and I would not pay that again

Very good customer service, polite and Very courteous of my home. They were the first one to call so I booked them. I assumed I would be able to get the quote and the work done the same day. I had to take a second day off of work for the install of my ceiling fan. My Tech was very knowledgeable and gave me some good insight on my current home wiring, but was never pushy to make any additional sales. I thought the cost was kind of high, but I did NOT have an existing fixture to install the fan, so they had to run new wire to an existing switch, and that WASN'T a job I was willing to tackle. I wanted a reputable electrician that was Experienced, Insured/Bonded and Licensed to work on my house. So I was willing to pay for that piece of mind. I'm Very Happy with my new fan and I would use them again!
