He came out and took care of the issue, quickly. The cost was less than we thought and I would recommend him to everyone.

The technician, Kevin was knowledgeable and efficient; he did a great installation of 3 light fixtures. The fee charged seemed somewhat excessive due to the rather simple installations requested. Unfortunately, I failed to ask for the 15% discount offered during my initial phone contact.

The rep was very friendly, professional and he did a good job overall but I felt they were a bit pricey. Over $400 to install a chandelier and 3 can lights (simple plug and go kits). Minimum charge is $99 but they don't tell you that in advance.

I highly recommend Mr. Electric! As an accomplished DIY'er I have very high standards when I actually hire someone to do work for me. Todd and his team were absolutely fantastic! They were very conscientious every step of the way which I appreciated especially when I did the drywall repair! I plan on calling them when my kitchen is finished and work on my bathroom begins. FYI: Among the work they provided was upgrading and relocating our electrical panel, relocating and installing two chandeliers and adding sconces to the brick exterior of our home (which Todd took care to carve out the brick so they sat level. Thanks Todd!)

Very tech savy company! They are totally paperless and they have a great text-alert system that lets you know when your master electrician is coming AND who he is with a picture. Very professional and quick getting the problem figured out and fixed. I think he was here for less than thirty minutes. I also really appreciated that when he was done fixing my outlets, he explained the process and made sure to check out the fuse box in the garage - even though the issue wasn't out there. I will be calling them for all future electrical projects and repairs.

I loved their quick response. The tech was timely and efficient. His name was Justin. He was very professional. He came out with out charging a trip charge, and that was a plus. We will use him again.

They were very prompt, had a morning appt. The technician was courteous and fixed a simple lose ground wire in an outlet. (The breaker would not reset) I wasn't happy with the cost of $180. and change for their base fee. Luckily they do military discount that saved us $27. and change. The peace of mind that it was a simple fix put me at ease. Not sure if I would use them again because of the initial base cost. They wanted $90 plus to replace a GFCI outlet.

They did great work and were considerate of our home and space.
