Excellent fabrication and installation of quartz countertops. This included several sinks and unusual configurations as the cabinets were custom and of non-standard size and shape. This was 6 countertops, a huge island, and several window sills. They knocked it out in one day. No errors, no need to call them back out to fix things.

My wife and I had a horrible experience with Moreno Granite & Marble Co. Our experience was so terrible, that we filed a formal complaint against Moreno with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Our last contact with Moreno Co through the BBB was 03 Nov 2021. In October 2020, we paid Moreno Co to order and install Vicostone Super White Quartz Style BQ21 kitchen counter tops and a white undermount composite sink in our home. We paid $5,756 for the product and install. On 13 Oct 2020 the day of install, Mr. Edward Ligon (Moreno Co Mgr. that took the measurements for our kitchen counter tops) was not at our home with the labor installers. However, he texts us to see how the install was coming. At that time, the install appeared to be going well and we responded to his text as such. After the install, we thanked the laborers for their hard work and tipped them. While the counter tops had been installed, the laborers informed us they could not install the sink because it did not fit properly. Additionally, we noticed scratches and embedded oil stains in the counter tops. This is when the nightmare began. On 14 Oct, we text Mr. Ligon and asked him to conduct a walk thru of the finished job so we could point out the scratches and stains in the kitchen counters. Mr. Ligon responded he was going on a hunting trip with his son but would conduct a walk thru with us when he returned. However, he never came out to conduct the walk through. On 19 Oct, we text Mr. Ligon again and informed him of the sink problem. He arranged for 2 different plumbers on separate dates to come out and fix our sink but did not respond to the walkthrough request. We were without our kitchen sink and running water in the kitchen for 2 weeks before it was finally fixed. However, we tipped each of the plumbers on the separate days they performed their portion of fixing the sink issues and thanked them for their work. On 23 Oct, we text Mr. Ligon a second time for a walk through. This time he responded saying his office had issues with COVID, but he would come after things cleared up. Months passed and Mr. Ligon never came out to conduct the walkthrough. For months, Mr. Ligon lead us on believing he would come out and conduct a walkthrough, but he never did. On 15 Mar 2021, we text Mr. Ligon one last time but he did not respond. After waiting 6 months, we contacted the BBB on 03 Oct 2021 and shared our experience. Through the BBB we engaged Moreno Mgt. regarding our experience. Moreno Mgt. responded by saying it was my wife’s and my fault that we had such as horrible experience with Moreno Co. They told us we should have known Moreno Co. does not conduct walkthroughs. Even though for months, Mr. Ligon (a member of Moreno’s Mgt team) lead us to believe the company did perform walkthroughs, and further, said he would come to our house to conduct a walkthrough. Additionally, Moreno Co Mgt. said the horrible experience was my wife’s and my fault because we should have known to contact the Moreno Co Mgt. directly, instead of their Mgr. (Mr. Ligon, who had been our only contact throughout the process) and instructed us to work directly with him, and to inform him of any and all concerns. Lastly, as a solution, Moreno Co offered to remove the newly installed kitchen countertops and sink and replace them with our original old counter tops and sink. That was not a realistic proposal because Moreno Co disposed of our original counter tops and sink when they removed them. In the end, on 08 Dec 2021, BBB closed the complaint and classified Moreno Co.'s response as “Dissatisfactory”. In closing, we would not recommend Moreno Co to anyone and wanted to make sure our experienced was shared with future potential customers. Sincerely, Mark W. Brown

They did an excellent job. I love my kitchen granite countertops. They were punctual and did everything they said they would do. I would recommend them any time.
