Todd Puckett, owner and operator of the family owned business Metroplex Premier Roofing, was born and currently resides in Garland, Texas. MPR is extremely proud to serve the DFW Metroplex, and takes pride in the fact that when you call for our services you will speak to a local resident of the area, if not the owner himself. When we began the company our goal was to change the way people view the roofing industry. It seems that there are too many "fly-by night" roofing companies that appear just in time for the storm season and then disappear within a few months, often leaving their customers still needing repairs or with disputes and/or issues regarding their warranty; Metroplex Premier Roofing is different from the rest and we are anxious to prove our loyalty and quality of service to you. The owner of the company is involved with every job and makes every effort to see that each project is carried out to the best of standards ensuring the least amount of incovenience for you and your family. After a bad storm a ton of roofing companies hit the street. I noticed one guy who stood out above the rest. From the shirts to the information he passed out I could tell he worked for a company that was local and not storm chaser. He offered to inspect and sure enough walked me through the first phone call to insurance company. When the adjuster called I sent info to Todd at MPR and away we went. I felt so good knowing I had a guy speaking on my behalf who I trusted. He Was at the meeting with adjuster and handled everything. He was so helpful.
