+ -1 moreMr. Frederick was friendly and punctual, but I was extremely dissatisfied at the state he left our home after inspecting it. He left most of the lights on inside our home (even after being asked to turn them off), along with our OVEN. There were muddy footprints throughout or home (bamboo laminate flooring and WHITE tile). He used our fireplace as part of the inspection, and left ashes everywhere in front of it. His report was thorough, although inaccurate in many places. He claimed that our roof was "uninsurable". However, we have had homeowners insurance for the past 5 years, and I have a report from a licensed roofer stating our roof is in good condition.
Description of Work: I did not pay for this service, our potential buyer did. Mr. Frederick was there to inspect our home for a sale.
