Description of Work: Michael arrived when he said he would be here. Replaced old bathroom fan ( never buy a cheap bathroom exhaust fan!! Noisey as all get out!), installed new($$$) bathroom fan. Excellent..They also removed old bathroom wallmount light fixture, and after noticeing the new light assembly I had purchased, was missing parts. I exchanged the missing parts light a few days later, called Michael, we agreed on a day and time for him to come back out, he came and installed new light on that day. He Did Not charge me for having to come back out, and did an excellent job..I will be requesting his services again.

Description of Work: I am remodeling my home, built in 1939, so I will be wearing these guys out! Frank came today, removed and replaced 2 ceiling fans (one I had moved to another room, and replaced the other with a new fan.) Again, very professional, called before he came, got here when he said he would, did a great job( I am very picky ) and in a timely manner..Frank also removed the old and replaced R30 Insulation in my attic. Very nasty job..he came prepared for the job, and got it done in timely manner..No task is easy with this old house, and they get after it..Will be using them often in near future..They do great work!

Description of Work: This is the second fan they have installed, in the last 2 weeks. This was a ceiling fan installation, in master bedroom. They gave me a date they would be here, (my requested date, which was today..02/22/12. ). They called ahead of time this morning, to let me know they were on their way. He got here, installed fan properly and to my liking, and in a timely manner. Another great job. Very professional, and I will be hireing them for many more projects.

Description of Work: I called him after looking at his ratings in Angie's list to replace a door in my home. He said he will be there on Saturday @9:00 AM. He never showed up. I called him at 10:00 AM and see if he is coming. There was norespones and I left him a message. He never returned my call.

+ 0 moreHe was very punctual and professional. The quality of his work was outstanding. He was also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him. The first drywall contractor I spoke with had an estimate that was nearly double what Mike quoted me. The first company also failed to give me a hard copy of the estimate nor contact me back.
Description of Work: He did some drywalling in the garage after a pipe burst.

+ 3 moreOnce again, Mike did an excellent job. Everything was great and looks fabulous. He cleans up each day and does a good job at no messes. The texture applied in the bathroom is fresh and updated. Will recommend Mike to anybody needing work, large or small.
Description of Work: Repair stress crack and paint two bedrooms, remove popcorn ceiling in bathroom, texture all walls and paint, install vinyl floor with trim. Repair tub porcelain chips at drain in bottom of tub.

+ 5 moreEverything was done incredibly. The kitchen is amazing, you would never know that there were any problems. The painting was beautiful. Neat, clean and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Each area was completed in amazing fashion. We had no problems where he had to come back to fix anything. We will definitely call Michael again.
Description of Work: Repair of kitchen ceiling, replace drywall in 6x8 foot area. Move electrical and install ceiling fan. Paint kitchen. Repair peeling joint in 2 story stairwell and paint stairwell and landing. Install tub surround and flooring in bathroom. Refinish tub tile and grout. Repair large hole in drywall in garage utility area.

+ 5 moreOverall the expereince was a great one compared to some of the others I've had in the past. MED Handyman Services also helped me with a leaky faucet i had in the master tub by replacing the fixture as well as replacing a electrical outlet that wasn't working.
Description of Work: Complete remodel the the upstairs. 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Repaired numerous holes in walls as well as one big one in the ceiling in the master bedroom. Prime and paint all walls and ceilings. Removal of wallpaper in both bathrooms and primed and painted them. Painted all baseboards and woodwork. Replaced 2 doors and primed and painted them as well as putting the dooorknobs and locks on. Pulled all carpet and assisted me in finding a respectable and resonable carpet layer. New covers on all electrical plugs. Added GFCI outlets in both bathrooms. Replaced a light fixture in 3rd bedroom with new ceiling fan.
