Legacy Heating Air

Excellent. Todd and his crew replaced one HVAC and repaired the other all in one day (and on a Saturday). I felt it was a good price and his guys Jett and ElJones were great, good attitude and pleasant to work with. Very pleased, highly recommended.

I've used them in the past. I don't know if it was the technician or whatever. He replaced the air conditioner while I was out of town. He took some of my cement stones and supported it with that. Upstairs, he messed up the flooring leading to the air conditioner. There were two areas of it that were taped together and the tapes came loose. The door on the air conditioner filter was open and I couldn't get to it because of what they had done to the floors. At this point, the filter is probably needing changing. I'm not pleased with a lot of things. They tracked through my house. There were a lot of things they did. I called Jack and I asked him to come out and fix them and he wanted to send out the same guy that messed everything up. The air conditioner is working. I did not price, I'm hoping they were reasonable. It seems to be a decent job, except for those things that seem to be very sloppily done. The things that were sloppy and messed up were the footprints. They were all through my house and it looked like they tried to wipe them out. But all they did was smear the mud on my wood floor. So they were messy. I don't think that was the right way at all to put that slab in. That was sloppy and unpleasant looking and it still is. They tried very hard to get in as fast as they could. I've always been pleased with them but I really can't say I would use them again if I could find somebody I trusted.
