+ -1 moreA home inspection is fairly standard, everything is supposed to get looked at. In some cases, I found that hard to reach items may not get checked and areas like the roof and attic may not get looked at very closely. Especially if they are difficult to reach or are tight to get into... Peter has taken the time and put forth the effort (at least in my two inspections) to check everything. I couldn't ask for more. I actually ended giving him an extra $50 because I was so happy with his work and impressed with his attention to detail.
Description of Work: This was the 2nd home inspection that Peter from KnightStar had performed for me. I've dealt with other inspectors in the past, but have not found anyone as thorough as Peter. He's personable and doesn't rush through the inspection, he takes the time to explain everything and delivers a very comprehensive report. He even checked the foundations in both homes, I've not had a home inspector do that before without additional fees and whining... I've recommended Peter to my friends and will absolutely use him in the future. His slogan "You can pay more, but you can't get more" absolutely holds true.
