Description of Work: Because of difficulty understanding the person who answered the phone, I went by the shop on 3-25-14 and made arrangements for someone to come to my house on the following day. I waited all day and no one came. I finally figured out how to fix the problem myself and called the next day to cancel the appointment. I had to leave a message. When the call was returned about 6 hours later, they didn't seem to have any idea who I was or why I had called. Language (heavy accent) is a definite drawback. Very disappointing since they are close by and would have been convenient to use.

+ -1 moreFriendly service. Outside the store, I asked another customer if he had used JRJ before. He said he and several coworkers had used them and were happy with their service. He also commented that it had been his experience that they stand behind their work.
Description of Work: The screen on my daughter's laptop would randomly go dark. We took it to JRJ because it was a convenient location for us. They had an idea what was causing the problem, gave us an estimate, and a promise date. Sure enough, the estimate was right on and was done by the promise date.

+ -1 moreI gave these guys my computer with a bit of reluctance because I didn't know them. Not only did they return my computer in good working order but they cleaned it up, backed up my files and provided additional "at home" support after wards as well. I highly recommend them and am even adding them to my home owners association list for referrals also. They worked honestly, effectively, and provided a great service at a low cost.
Description of Work: We got a computer virus and we needed it cleaned up.
