It's hard to find someone who can perform this type of service (I called a lot of places) and they did a great job.

I requested a quote for a replacement dining room table top. JPON provided produced it the same day I called. I placed the order immediately. They estimated that it would take 3-4 days to make the table top, but instead it was ready for pickup in two days.

JPON was recommended to us by the man performing our re-modeling. He is somebody we trust, so we took his recommendation. JPON did an excellent job for a fair price.A couple of months later we discovered that the frameless shower door needed an adjustment. When we called JPON about it, they promptly had an installer come to our house and correct the problem at no extra charge to us.

I googled the company and chose them initially because they were by my house. The gentleman who was given the estimate arrived on time and was able to suggest what kind of glass we should use for our doors based on our decor. We ordered the glass and were going to install it on our own. Turns out that the glass was too big for the door. My husband brought it back to their facility and they were able to sand it down immediately. We were very happy with the quality and if I need anymore glass cut, I would 100% order through them.

Great experience

Overall it was a great experience. The sales staff was knowledgeable and helped me walk through pros/cons of various products they offer. The pricing was fair if not better than everyone else I quoted with. The measurement was done first and took about 30 minutes, very smooth. The installation took about 3-4 hours and they did a fantastic job, cleaned up their mess, and were pleasant to deal with. Throughout the process everyone was on time and delivered as expected. Overall I am extremely happy with my experience and outcome with JPON and would not hesitate to use them again, skipping the shopping around with others next time.

Mirrors on the dining room wall had beveled strips surrounding the mirror. The bottom strip had lost quite a bit of silver. JPON replaced that strip with a new strip. They were prompt for the appointment to measure the strip. Weren't there 5 minutes. The serviceman knew exactly what was needed. Also needed a replacement round glass shelf for an etagere. Called JPON on 9/21, out for estimate 9/22 and replaced mirror strip on 9/27. Very quick service. Most of the cost was labor. Everything fits perfectly and looks like new. The round shelf fits perfectly in the etagere. The men were quick and clean. I would use them again.

Great job and a fair price. I am using JPon to completely mirror and install glass shelves in my wet bar for our next project.

I had two dual-pane insulated windows that needed to be replaced (one with cracked glass, one with broken seals). Scott responded right away to my phone call request for an estimate. He appeared very knowledgeable and told me exactly how they would proceed if awarded my business, by replacing the glass without having to do a wholesale window/frame replacement. Scott emailed me a detailed estimate in less than 24 hours. I found the bid to be very reasonable, especially since I had received two other bids from window companies wanting to replace the entire windows for 3 times what Scott's estimate was. After I called and placed my order, Scott scheduled the installation very promptly. Eric and his helper did a quality installation of both windows in just a little over an hour. They were very efficient, personable, and didn't leave any mess behind for me to deal with. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.

The first one went well. Then when they came to install the last one, there was no hole in the glass door so they could not install it. They had to send it back to Colorado to be drilled! They could not even drill a hole in the glass themselves or find someone here in Dallas that could? Then, with all the confusion, they did not collect their last half of the money. WIthout sending out and invoice or anything, they sent it to a collection agency that called and threatened us that they were going to foreclose on our house if we did not pay them immediately! We certainly wanted to pay the money we owed them, as we had every other time, (we did not get the chance to do this since they did not contact us) we let them get the money out of our account. Then they took an extra $300.00 out of our acount! We are having to file charges against them to get the money they stole from us! I will never use this company again even in an emergency.
