HPC Construction has been in the construction field for over 25 years.We offer free estimates for all your construction needs. No job too big or small, from $5 to $1 million we can do it all. Your one stop for all you construction needs,we have crews that specialize in every aspect of construction phases, roofers have been trained to roof, painter trained to be painters, all our crews specialize in one trade and one trade only. We don't send some supervisor that has multiple jobs and overworked, we take on only enough jobs to keep us busy and move to the next, the owner of HPC will make daily inspections noting any concerns by the client or of his own, at the same time looking for the above and beyond for which each crew will receive a bonus at the end of the job. This helps in keeping these individuals focused on there work. Weekly safety meetings at job site. All crew members are required to keep up to date with trends and quality control by taking continuing education classes as available. All plumber, electricians, and other trades that require a state and city license, shall be up to date with that state and city. All jobs to be followed to city code and specifications. Process starts with you the client contacting our office at 469-231-9029, set up a time for the owner of HPC to come out and look at your project and do job specific take offs to bring back to the office, and work up an estimate to make the client and HPC happy, with a detailed scope and line item pricing. All Estimates after completion will e mailed or dropped of to the client with no high pressure sales. We don't like so we don't do it. The only time will be a follow up call to make sure that you received the estimate and to answer any questions you may have, with no sales pressure at all. .Terrible he was unable to deliver on what he was contracted to do errors were made in the original design due to his own unfounded assumptions Les tried to turn it back on us stating we werent clear on what the we wanted ..even though he was the person who came up with it. He almost always never showed up when he said he would but always had an excuse lame one I might add as to why he was able to show; he primarly communicated via text message and almost never returned any calls . We decided to go with a more simplified design and even paid for the additional cost ; he was unable to follow through on that design as well the end product was shoddy workmanship and was falling apart while he was removing it from his truck also he claimed that because of the weight he was unable to remove it without damaging it further , this too was our fault according to him because of the design change. Needless to say here we are 3 weeks later and 700.00 poorer I still do not have my closet. Beware this person is not a reputable contractor,he will convince you he can do the work but all he is good at doing is taking your money and running.

Response from HPC Construction
I met with the Customer Crystal Owens several times to plan a shoe organizer for her closet, to come up with a detailed drawing with measurements. We worked together on this, submitted the drawing (attached) to the customer and a contract (attached) that stated built as per drawing, she agreed and signed. Built it at my shop made sure it correct put it together took it apart for delivery. I then brought it to her house to assemble it and install, upon nearing completion she came in the room and said it would not accommodate the size shoes she had. I had made it exactly like the drawing. Her boyfriend then came in with a plan off the top of his head with no thought of how to build it, get to and in the house, and said this was my fault and I needed to complete the job with this design. I was confused at the time and told him I would need to process this and get back with him, thought maybe I did build it wrong. Took a look at the drawing and everything had been done as we agreed. He would not pay me for my labor and had already paid for the materials only, so to get paid for the work I had already done I told him I would need $300 for materials and would build it for no charge, they were both on separate phone lines listening in, both raising their voices saying it was my fault and that shouldn't have to pay for anything ended up paying $200 and I spent $100 out of my own pocket. This was much larger and too heavy for me and three other guys to put in a truck, I hired a professional mover to get it to and in the house and told him on that Saturday I would be there on that Tuesday , he said that might be a problem I will call you Monday and let you know. No call on Monday but called Tuesday to see when I was coming, I had told the mover I would let him know and of course make sure he could do it whatever day he told me to come. I told him the mover was already working another job, it would have to be another day, he said we would have to do something different, the next thing I know I get this email from Angie's list about a complaint from them, saying I don't do quality work among other negative statements about me, he never even saw the completed work, so how could he even say something like that. They didn't get my name from Angie's list they got it off "Remodeling Netwrorx". I went above and beyond to please them; the boyfriend had nothing to do with the drawing or came to any of our meetings. They still owe me $500 for my labor. There was still another design that I had built that didn't have enough shelves for him that he put in $100 for materials. All were made of 3/4" melamine which isn't cheap and all had different sizes so I couldn't use anything that was left from the previous versions, so it all went to the materials, not one penny to labor, a little over three weeks of my time, and expenses. A lot more to this story My counter offer is for them to pay for my labor of $500 ASAP
