My ratings are based on "after care" of the customer. The workmanship and installation was good. They delivered on time. A bit of glue on my wooden cabinets but fortunately I saw it in time to clean it off. The after installation clean up could be much better. In April 2013 I noticed a crack in one porcelain sink. I inspected the underneath side of sink and their is a horizontal crack the complete circumference of the sink. I spoke with Jim and he was authorized by Chris (owner) to replace the sink and I would pay labor installation. I have called and spoken with Jim many times since April and have received many promises they would get this done. Now I cannot get any response from House of Granite or Jim and it is October (6 mos. later) The sign of a quality company is how you handle customer service issues !!
