Description of Work: They loaded our home in Planoo and unloaded us in Ridgeland, MS. We were moving out of a 4 bedroom home and into a 2 bedroom town home with a grand piano and lots of stuff. They did a fabulous job on both ends with some very hot and humid weather. They were truly Heavenly.

+ -1 moreVery polite and thorough. My concerns about hourly charges went away when I saw the movers running back to the house for the next item. I was amazed at how tight the truck was packed from front to back. We had to unload the next day due to availability of our new house, but Heavenly was set up to store overnight for a reasonable fee. Due to another move running late, Heavenly had to move our unload back a couple hours. However they communicated with us several times so we always knew what was going on, and when to expect them. I have heard several moving Horror stories, and was pleasantly surprised with the ease of this move. They truly lived up to their name.
Description of Work: 3/2/2 move from Plano to Waxahachie with overnight storage of all items.

+ -1 moreThe men were well organized and had the rooms assigned for breaking down of furniture and setting back up. They worked quietly and called for help when appropriate. Furniture was wrapped and padded well. One table leaf was scratched. No other damage occurred. They worked steadily with time out for lunch. They delivered a refrigerator to a neighbor. The entire billing period was 7.5 hours. I am happy to recommend this company to others.
Description of Work: Four men moved furniture and boxes from a four bedroom house with two sheds and a garden room to a house four blocks away.

+ -1 moreIf you want to make sure your furniture and belongings end up in one piece definitely use Heavenly Movers. They spent more time wrapping the furniture than they did actually moving it. I have 2 white sofas and a very nice leather sectional. None were damaged or marked in any way. The move took 11 hours with 3 men. They were professional and courteous the entire time although it was a difficult move. When you get the bid be prepared to add another 4-6 hours due to the prep time. They aren't purposely slow but rather very conscientious and thorough.
