+ -1 moreI took my computer to them. They did what they said they would do within the price and time frame they stated. They were personable and punctual. Another company wanted to charge three times the cost of what I had Garland do the work for.
Description of Work: They took the viruses off the computer.

+ -1 moreThe employees at Garland were friendly and knowledgeable. Blake explained the process, as he repaired my computer. Don't waste your money on a home repair service, Garland Computer was a lifesaver. They also have new and used computer components, so they can build you a new system, if the need arises for much less than, what the big box retailers charge.
Description of Work: My computer was down for 3 days. I had a technician come to the house and he was unable to repair it. He deleted my Windows XP (including all my photos and music files) in the belief a new installation would solve my problem. Guess what? It didn't. And yes, his company is an Angie's list member, so I give them an ''F'' for unsuccessful repairs. The next day, I took my computer into Garland Computer and got immediate service. Blake diagnosed the problem and had my system up and running in 15 minutes. He also told me, there was a re-program button on my computer, that the other technician could have utilized instead of deleting all my files!!

+ -1 moreThey have a great deal where they will check out your computer for $10, and if you use their services to fix the computer, the $10.00 is not charged. They did a nice job, everything is now working great.
Description of Work: I had to have some viruses removed and software reloaded.
