No complaints! Everything was perfect and extremely professional! Would not use anyone else ever!

I had noticed a crack in my skylight. I called Freelite for an estimate and he came that day. Since I didn't need to be there for him to do the work, he said he would work me in when he had some time. That happened within a week of that initial call. Very professional and punctual. Did everything he said he would do.

My skylight had been leaking for a year or more and there was extensive water damage to sheet-rock surrounding it and down one wall. The repair crew was courteous and keep the mess contained and disposed of. The work was done quickly but was high quality and very professional. You can't tell there was ever a leak or repair so I am very happy. I highly recommend Freelite and will use them again if I needed. They have very competitive pricing.

They came when promised and got the job done quickly, despite running into obstacles caused by shoddy installation of original skylight.

I got a call in the morning, letting me know that they were on the way. When he had to leave to get some supplies, he let me know. Cleaned up after himself.

They called to say they were on the way. I was not able to be there but they did not need inside. The owner Matt had come out previously to examine the skylights to determine the problem and give an estimate. Excellent work.

The 3 men who came here to fix the leaks ( Brent, Brain and Haron) were wonderful and ver professional. They took pictures of what they were doing as they went along and showed them to me to keep me informed. They cleaned upf everything before they ledt and all is good and excellent.

Owner responded to our call by sending worker, Aaron, to evaluate reason for water stain on ceiling under the sky light. We had previously had the glass caulked for this problem, but the problem had returned after another heavy rain. Aaron explained why we needed a new unit. We agreed and he ordered it on Jan 14. Rain delayed the installation until Jan 26. I did not have to be present for the installation, but Aaron phoned to say he was on his way. I arrived an hour or so after the workers had begun. They were careful not to cause damage to the roof or to the deck where they placed their ladder. A very small amount of debris fell to the floor below the window. The old glass was difficult to remove, but Aaron was careful not to break it. The entire job took about two hours. I think the price was excellent because it included the new unit and the workers' time on installation. We are pleased with the new window and will use FreeLite again if we have the need.

We spoke with Matt. He explained things clearly. Two other men came to do work and were very nice. We have no reason to think that they did not do a good job.

Matt initially came out to take a look at my skylights and give me an estimate. He was very informative on the different ones I could get to replace mine. The estimate was very reasonable. The two man crew that came out to replace the skylights were very courteous and professional. I had to have them come out a couple of weeks later to tweak something on one of they skylights. Aaron, who had been one of the guys that came to do the replacement, had come for the second time as well. He is very nice and did a great job. He even offered to put security latches on my roof hatch that I had been trying to put on...above and beyond. I so appreciated his help. I will definitely recommend this company to others needing skylights.

Replaced my second story skylight along with repairing paint damage that the leak had caused. Freelite was very flexible in working with my schedule and were very responsive and forthcoming with how they were going to resolve the issue as well as following up on the work that was completed. Guessing on date above but it was within last year.

The company was at my house to provide an estimate within 14 hours of my late night voice message. They provided a reasonable estimate, and while they couldn't guarantee a time when they could fix it, they set the expectation up front and proceeded to return within a few weeks to fix the problem. A small miscommunication caused some issues, but they did the respectable thing and made it right. Their handling of that problem speaks more to why I'd recommend or use them again than the work done. Quality work can probably be found from a few contractors, but one who shows they respect and value the customer is much more rare.

The installation was done in a timely manner, the guys working on the job were polite, cleaned up each day and did an excellent job, not only installing the skylight but also sheet rocking and painting the ceiling so it looked better than ever. Our kitchen no longer resembles a cave, the difference is amazing. Matt also got his guys to adjust the two skylights in our living room which were not sitting correctly and were letting in debris. This they did at no additional charge.

Matt arrived on time and gave a very reasonable estimate. Told us what to expect. His crew did an excellent job. Very professional. Highly recommended.

We had contacted 2 roofers to replace skyiights that had been damaged by hail. When neither roofer returned our phone calls, we contacted FreeLite based on Angie's List reviews. FreeLite responded quickly with an estimate and soon after the skylights were ordered, FreeLite returned to install them. The installation went smoothly. We chose skylights that are supposed to be more durable than the original ones so we hope they will never need to be replaced, and hope we will not need to call FreeLite again. However, we would definitely recommend this provider to others.
