Fish Window Cleaning

I liked him but he didn't clean all the windows that he should have cleaned and he didn't clean a few screens that we asked him to clean.

They quoted a price for cleaning the outside of our windows only and then a price for the cleaning the inside and outside. The quote I have says they will "clean all windows & doors inside and out, clean screens & outer tracks, wipe sills." When they got to the house they said there was a mistake and they could only do the outside for the price they quoted for inside and out. I don't know why I let them do the work, but I told them to go ahead and clean the windows outside. They did not clean anything but the glass itself- they did not wipe doors, sills or tracks. They left the screens off all the windows that had screens and put the screens behind some bushes. The glass they did clean was streaked on about half of the windows. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am thrilled with the results!!! Steven arrived on time and got to work on the outside of the house. When the carpet cleaners were due to arrive, he made an adjustment and did the inside of the windows and then completed outside. We believe the windows had never been cleaned since the house was built in 2005. They were so clean, the neighbor commented that she even noticed just driving down the street!!! She stopped to write down the number from the sign he put in my yard so she could use his services as well. Steven was pleasant and communicated well. I highly recommend Steven and Fish Window Cleaning and will use them again and again!

It went very well. They were very responsive when I requested an estimate. We were able to arrange a service date after I had the estimate. The windows look great! They informed us that the previous owner had screwed through the seal on every window that had a solar panel. That didn't make us happy, of course they did not cause the problem, but were very nice to inform us of this problem. They took their time on doing the windows. I know there was probably one set of windows that had not been touched since the house was built. You need a very tall ladder to reach. I was happy with this service.

They are good. They do cleaning on the commercial property of ours and I haven’t got any complaints. Everybody is happy with their services and it’s an on going deal.

Steve came out to look at the house to give me a quote. He returned my phone calls very promptly and answered my questions cheerfully. He showed up on time to start the work. He did a great job with the spiderwebs in the eaves and porch ceilings. There is a breezeway that they cleaned twice but still has some patches of dust, and there are a couple of very small areas where the paint came off with the dirt (Steve pointed these out to me). They didn't bring the right ladder so there are still 3 windows that need to be cleaned, but they are supposed to come back today to finish.
