Mr. Holmes and his crew made the move easy they were on time and professional also recommended the size truck I would need as well. This was a excellent stress free move First Global Relocators is a excellent moving company the crew worked very hard and they did not damage anything!!!!!! Mr. Holmes is very knowledgeable of the business and his crew as well. I will highly recommend First Global Relocators!!!!!!

First Global Relocators were very punctual, courteous, polite and professional. The equipment utilized, and expertise by the movers afforded a timely and smooth transition. The employees were knowledgeable of handling furniture and merchandise. The delicate items were handled with precision and care. They did not waste time with chatter they attended to their business and answered our concerns with accuracy and astuteness. We are very please with the competence and expertise of First Global Relocators. Our furniture was moved to a third floor without an elevator, nevertheless, they were careful in moving our furnishings and possessions Mr Holmes and employees exhibited respect, honesty, hard work as well as proficiency . We highly recommend the company for your moving needs.

Nightmare....and after 2 months it's still a nightmare. This is a very unprofessional company. I do not recommend using them. I have filed complaints with various government entities as of Oct 24, 2014. My move was scheduled for August 11, 2014 with them. The original offer online was 2 Movers and a truck for 4 hours. I was told they would show up around noon. Then I got a call they were running late and would be there around 3, and then around 4. They showed up shortly after 5 PM. This move was from Hillcrest/Arapahoe in Dallas, to Park/Jupiter in Plano. The move was a bedroom, an office and a couple of display cases and many boxes. Before anything could be done the "lead" had me review and sign the paperwork. We discussed the need for the additional insurance and after what had already happened and the look of the movers, I decided it was worth paying the extra for the insurance on top of what I had originally paid online for the service. Well, that took about an hour with all the explanations and getting their dolly in and then the wrap, etc. So they never started until 6. Slow, inexperienced movers. One was an older gentleman, was was middle aged and the third was his 2nd move and a young person. They were tired upon arrival and hot. We gave them all water right away. Well, at about 11:30 PM they finally had the truck loaded and it was full. Then we drove to Plano with me leading the way. The truck limped along behind me at about 25 mph all the way. We finally got to the house, and they got the items moved in and I went and bought them food from a fast place because I knew they had not eaten. Well, then they present me with the new bill on top of what I had already paid....so my move ended up being about $400 additional from the original agreement...so move was around $700!! They broke my desk, they tore a piece of trim of my dresser (hid it in the top drawer which I found the next day). I reported it immediately to James Holmes the day I found it. After repeated emails, calls, and threats he finally came to my house on Sept 15 to observe the damage, then he said they would send someone to look at it and repair the items. As of today, October 23 he is again ignoring the calls and emails to him for restitution or repairs. Next Step - Lawyers and Posting Legal complaints.

We had bought a bedroom suite at an Estate sale on Saturday and after I was able to get a uhaul trailer I soon realized that the furniture was far to heavy to move by myself. I called First Global on sunday and not only got a phone call returned but they were able to come over unload the heavy furniture and move to the upstairs bedroom but also set it up and assemble the bed too. We were so pleased with their work that they are on speed dial from now on. We are always needing something moved and we have the company that performs at a very high level. Great service, fast, great pricing and super friendly to work with. In speaking with Mr. Holmes I found out that he also moves pianos. While I didn't have a piano its good to know were to call should that come up. We will hire them again and again.
