Fence Renovators

Jason and his crew were hired to install a new wooden-picket fence over the course of three days. They communicated throughout the process and thereby were able to start the job a day early. Jason is a pro's pro, and while it's obvious he has a lot of clients, you never know that you're not the entire focus. Case in point: He didn't have enough flat caps through his provider to finish the job, so he'll be bringing those back out when he gets them, and communicated that throughout. The work on the fence (and its two gates) is excellent. There isn't a picket out of place; the kickboard is perfectly done and the fence is completely level vertically and horizontally. Additionally, Jason's prices for this quality of work are far too low. He is the most competitive bidder out there because he is banking on getting return work and recommendations. It's easy to see why that strategy will work, as I will be relying on him for a couple of other projects. As capable and easygoing as Jason is, the superstar of the show is Curtis, who runs the daily operation onsite like the well-oiled machine it is. From removing additional brush and hauling it away to using excess dirt to fill a hole in the yard left by a stump, Curtis and crew left no stone unturned. So while you have to give Jason credit as the boss, one of his deftest moves was hiring Curtis. We have the best fence in our East Dallas neighborhood now; it's a real showpiece. They cleaned up after (and they didn't need to; I didn't expect that) and left no debris, trash or brush in their wake. In general, fence companies are horrifically bad, both with customer service and the execution of the final product. They lie, overprice materials (sometimes charging you for them and keeping the materials for themselves for personal use) and don't always deliver what they promised.
