Ok, I set up an appointment for Friday the 23rd but he forgot to come. Called Monday and they came out that afternoon. Cost kind of high, but my washer was repaired in 15 minutes.

We called in the early morning with the washer's model number and the symptoms, and Mr. Ford was here within two hours. He had to drive his own car because his service truck was in the shop. A responsive and professional service person. What a pleasure. We can recommend E & K without reservation.

They were horrible. They also replaced some part on my dish washer and it still continues to leak. The technician was going to follow-up and come back to work on it more to fix something else, but he never did. I called him and he never came back. I finally ended up replacing the dishwasher. He did charge me $200 for the part and for his labor. I think we were ripped off in terms of the price that we paid.

I referred to Angie's List because we are new to the area. I saw that he had good ratings, so I gave him a call. My dryer tub quit turning. Earl replaced the belt and gave me some tips on my refrigerator as well as informing me of how to keep our water lines cleaned out in this area. The water line information was something related to this area of the country that I've never had to worry about before so I was very greatful. I would definitely give him a call the next time I need something.

There was a delay in getting some parts. But Earl kept me updated, and it was completely beyond his control. Once the parts were in, and for the initial evaluation, he was very quick to do the repair. Was out to the house within a couple of hours. He was very knowledgeable regarding both the washer and dryer. He actually had parts with him for the anticipated problem just from the phone conversation. If the trouble hadn't been unusual he would have had it fixed the first trip out.

Courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. Reasonably priced.
