Dynamo Remodeling

We live in Carrollton and got hit hard last July by a hail storm. After $13,000 damage to my husbands car, we knew we wanted a carport but not just any carport. We drove around until we saw a house that a gorgeous carport. They said they used Ross at Dynamo, said he did their carport, patio and also some interior work. I am so glad we stopped because Ross is such a professional and the work his company did was awesome. In fact, we liked it so much, we just had him back to do some repair work on our Gazebo. Our gazebo is amazing and we are beyond impressed!! You will also like his prices.

I hired Dynamo for doing my patio cover and arbor installation. They also installed a nice little sandbox for my kids to play. They are thorough professionals. Ross is a good communicator he explains the design, He knows what he is doing. One thing I liked about their team is each and every one is cooperative and doing a clean finish. Either its the guys how built the arbor or the guy who installed roof or the guy how installed fan, every one was good at what they are doing. Overall I am impressed, I would definitely recommend.

DO NO USE THIS CONTRACTOR. We met with Ros Garza and discussed a deck project for our home. He showed us beautiful pictures of "his work" in a book and we agreed on a price. He never completed the work we discussed and used lesser quality materials for much of the finish. I never dreamed the project would be so hazardous to my family Less than nine months after he left the job site, we are having to have the entire deck rebuilt because it is falling down. When we tore down the warped lattice, we found that none of the electrical was up to code (i.e. run through conduit). The piers for the foundation were actually propped up on a small piece of 2 x 4 . The frame at the bottom of the elevated deck was bowing out more than 2 inches in the middle and was propped up with a small 2 x 4. After paying Ros Garza/Dynamo more than $12,000 to build the original deck, I am now having to pay another contractor more than $4,500 to make the deck stable and safe for my family.

Tony was good to work with for ideas for a back porch gable roof replacement. The estimate came a day later, and after a couple of clarifications the estimate was agreed to a couple of days later. Work days were adjusted due to non-favorable weather days, so the project took a couple of weeks. Overall, happy with the results. The wood gable patio cover is solid, good electrics, and looks nice.

AFTER ANOTHER METAL RAILING COMPANY NO SHOWED WE ARRANGED FOR DYNAMO TO COME OUT AND GIVE US AN ESTIMATE TO INSTALL METAL PORCH RAILINGS. DYNAMO CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY AND STARTED WORK THE NEXT WEEK. IT TOOK TWO DAYS TO COMPLETE AND A WONDERFUL JOB IT IS, THE HOUSE IS MUCH SAFER NOW AND LOOKS BETTER THAN BEFORE. FYI, THEY ALSO DO MANY OTHER HOUSEHOLD PROJECTS. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THIS COMPANY!

The initial response was very quick but had to call multiple times when crew didn't arrive when promised. Once they got there the work was done without further issue and please with the results.

I cannot express enough how pleased we are with the work completed by Dynamo Home Improvements. From the initial visit with Ross, he always remained professional, personable and courteous. He was very helpful with his opinions and always offered input on decisions when we found them difficult to decide. The crews were all exceptional, with great attention to detail and impressive skills. The job completed right on the estimated time schedule. The only downside is that it looks so great that it makes me want to get after my chores out back that I've lazily neglected for too long. They stay on the radar as we are spending a lot of time outside thoroughly enjoying our patio.

Dynamo did a great job in fixing certain roof-related issues and improvements related to our outside floors. Ross was very responsive and it was great he gave reliable estimates on the spot. I definitely would recommend Ross and will call Ross again for additional house improvements.
