Dynamo Remodeling

I knew what I wanted which was a cedar patio cover constructed over my flagstone patio. When I called Ross, he came out that day,May 4th and visited with me about what I wanted and he had some very good ideas as to how he wanted to build it. While he was at my house he prepared a proposal and gave it to me. I was getting another bid and would not have it until a few days.On May 6th, I accepted his proposal. On May 14th, he had all the material and started work. On May 16th, he basically had it dried in. On May 18th he finished all the trim and was done. He would have done it sooner but we had so much rain, there were a lot of days he simply could not work. He was very professional, timely and provided a patio cover which is fabulous. I have already referred some friends of mine to Ross.

Professional was very personable. He took pictures of the work he did and it was an overall good experience.

Didn't seem to be much communication from Ross to the crew that came out. Ross came out on a Friday to do the estimate, took his time, communicated well with us and gave us a written quote (only one of the three pros that came out who provided a written quote). He was the least expensive (not the reason we chose Dynamo - but it didn't hurt). The crew showed up the next morning to start work, and did an average job, definitely not "show quality" but it was in a laundry room, so it didn't really need to be perfect. They did a nice job of prepping the area and containing the mess to the laundry room and not letting dust / mud get into the kitchen. However, there was a lot of dust / mud / remnants of work done in the garage (they used the garage entrance to get to the laundry room). Clean up certainly could have been better. All in all, we're happy with the work / price and how quickly Ross was able to turn around the work (1 day). It's really shocking to me that the other two "pros" wouldn't provide a written quote. Not sure how you run a business like that.

Vicente and Fernando were very professional. I felt very comfortable around them and they both did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the work. Ross was very friendly and very professional. He gave me a bid, it was fair and honest. I was given a copy of the contract and the work was done next business day. I requested a bid on other work that was needed. Everything turned out Great!. I would recommend Dynamo Home Improvements and hire them again.

Thy cleaned up after untell they get payed. Then i was on my own. But other then they was great!
