Very reliable company. Professional. They did a great job rebuilding an old deck and pergola. Looked better than the original when they were finished.

They did a good job repairing my wall and painting.

They were very polite and reached out in a timely manner.

I hired Ross to remove a wood deck and install a new flagstone patio. He was responsive at first, but as soon as the work was done it was hell to get a hold of him ever again. The frame for the patio broke within a week, they did not compact the gravel base so my patio is uneven, and now barely a year later he will not stand by his work to come out and add more gravel where the huge gaps have appeared. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! As soon as he receives payment he vanishes like a ghost and he gives every excuse why nothing is his fault. He does not return phone calls and is extremely rude. I only gave half stars because you can't give a no star rating.

Did a great job at a good price. Only negative is I was told they would call during the week to tell me the time they were coming. However, they just showed up on the scheduled day. Not a big deal, though.

We hired Dynamo to do a ceiling sheet rock repair from a leak. My husband said "Wow, it looks perfect". They called and kept on schedule, the work was completed quickly, professionally, protecting our surfaces and floors and ending with a quality check and completeness check. We would give them a high recommendation.

We recently had some work done at our North Dallas home using Dynamo Home Improvements. Specifically, we had a beautiful new patio cover installed to create an outdoor living area and also had the entire house re-caulked and re-painted. Bidding Process: The owner, Ross Garza, was prompt and professional in his quotation process. He provided a detailed quote for the covered patio and for the painting. He included in his bid when his crew would start the job and an approximate timeline on when the job would be completed. We had no cost overruns or unexpected expenses. The job did take a bit longer than expected but not by much. The Crew: The crews were excellent, especially the painting crew. They showed up promptly and worked long, hard hours paying attention to details. With that said, like with any home project, they still needed direction. I work from home and was able to be there every day with them to ensure they were on point with what I wanted. Anyone considering a project like this should find a way to be home to watch the crew and to answer questions. The Cost: I had bids from numerous contractors. Dynamo's bid was not the cheapest but it was not the most expensive either. It was fair and that is what I wanted. I wanted a professional crew what would show up on time and finish the job they started. From my experience, you don't get that with a "cheap" crew. So I felt the pricing was right. Misc Notes: Be very clear with the contractor. Make sure they understand you don't want any of your trees or shrubbery disturbed without asking you first. Also, Ross was good about coming by on a regular basis and monitoring his crew. If something was not quite right, he corrected it right away. I would use him again in a heartbeat and would gladly recommend him to others. My house has never looked better.

Showed up when they said they would. Performed work in efficient manner. Quality of work excellent.

The company kept me informed of when the repairman would arrive, the person they sent was prompt to the minute, he was very neat and polite, knew what he was doing, and he did a perfect job. The price was very affordable.

I had a difficult leak in the roof off my Sunroom and they were able to give me a solution. The Sunroom also had some panels that were damaged and they were able to replace them. They were always at my site when they said they would be and the quality of their work was excellent. I found them to be very professional and easy to work with.

Fast and fair. Showed up when scheduled and completed quickly and neatly.

The project manager, Ross Garza, kept me in the loop as to the progress of my roof replacement and was very thorough in his initial estimate. He brought issues to my attention that I had no knowledge of and resolved them, accordingly. I plan to continue the relationship with them on my future home projects.

Great job replacing a section of ceiling and wall sheetrock. Also repaired cracks in various areas. Also repaired a door frame and added molding. Workers were diligent and very polite. Paid a lot of attention to quality of work.

Hired them to do roof and patio. Roof looks good and patio is fine, but I had to do some of the work myself, kind of defeats the purpose of hiring someone. They agreed to remove tile from patio and stain patio. They said that they had removed it as best as they could, but much of the mortar still remained on the patio after the tile was removed, which looked bad. So I went to home depot and rented a concrete grinder to remove mortar, looks good now, but spent about 5 hours of labor on it. Price paid was only adjusted for what it cost me to rent the grinder, not labor and time to do job. Also wanted cider trim on the inside of the patio, they put pine. When I told Ross about it he acted like he did not know what I was talking about. Did not adjust the cost for the cheaper pine used. If you have an attention for detail, work was very sub par. They put a 1 x 4 board that was cut to a random length, instead of measuring below the window seal on the house, had to send him pic of it and mention twice before they measure and cut the board correctly. Ross was not there during the project, seem to only stop by when he wanted money. I gave him the down money that was received from the insurance company, once roof was finished the insurance company sent check, before this could happen Ross was trying to get the money and wanted to know if I could pay out of my pocket, had already paid him several thousand, he would stop by with out calling. Was very uncomfortable with this. Still have some touchups to do on the patio before it is to my liking.
