They actually came out a couple of times because they were working on the problem. It was still under warranty and they were not an authorized dealer for the kind of air conditioner we have, so we ended up using another company to actually do the replacement of the coil. They had a bit of a misstep but then they corrected it with no problem. We've used them for our air conditioning needs for about twenty years and have always been satisfied. They have a real emphasis on customer service and customer satisfaction. The workers were all very good.

We have used Don Speights for years. This time we had major issues with the air conditioning during the hottest time of the year. They arrived as scheduled and tried the cheaper option first to see if that would fix the problem. When it didn't and we had to replace the entire interior unit, they provided us with cost options. The repairs were made as ascheduled and they came back to deal with a follow-up issue with the drain for the unit at no cost to us.

Service call was available immediately, Technician arrived on time, Problem was determined and parts were ordered - availability was next day...Since part not available for 24 hours, technician went ahead and inspected rest of unit, cleaned it and prepared it for winter use...Next day, board and relay were replaced and all was well...Technician was knowlegable and courteous - no mess was left behind...Office was extremely helpful...

It was 107 degrees outside and they sent some one out with in 3 hours. They are very responsive and are a home town company. When you call you speak to an actual person. I have had them do fresh air system, UV anti-microbial, and space guard. They are able to perform all my needed services.

It went well overall. I give them high marks for their service.

He is always on time. He is very responsive. He is extremely professional. His prices are fair as can be. The quality of his work is excellent. I will continue to use him in the future.

I have asthmatics in my family and was worried about getting the best possible air flow I could out of my AC systems. This company advised me of the new ultraviolet filters that could clean out the bad particulates in the air, like mold and other irritants, and I had them install these filters as an add on to my systems. The workers were very professional and courteous the entire time they were here.
