I accidentally left my back windows down a little and it rained in my vehicle. 😔 I had no idea that mold and mildew smelled like sour milk...I was very discouraged about even driving because of it. I've tried all the at home remedies and even ordered off of Amazon but could not get rid of the smell. At last, Thank you Gary and Kevin for doing a great job with my Truck. No more mold, mildew and smell!! 🤩 They explained the process and the price was very reasonable!! Again, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

They worked hard and were very thorough.

Carpets were still wet the next day. It did not smell as if any cleaner was added to the water. Carpets look almost the same but without the dog hair. Meaning, they look a bit cleaner and most of the dog hair was gone which actually was my biggest issue because vacuums do not get I all up. Did not like that I was asked to use my bathroom. That should be taken care of before you arrive to perform your service & is not appropriate. I also did not like that I was asked to review them before they even left & right in front of him. This is a way to get a good review because people don’t like to say anything negative when you’re right there. It is unprofessional and a false review as the carpets need to dry before you can make a determination. Also, he knocked down & broke a picture but said it fell. Even though it’s been there 6 months. No big deal but he should’ve taken responsibility. He did give a small discount but this was discussed prior to the broken picture. Fussing at your helper and showing frustration in front of your customer is uncomfortable and off putting. The discount wasn’t much as the areas cleaned did not add up to even 1 full room. All in all I feel as though they were okay and the carpet looks okay.

Technician was very friendly and completed the work really fast. Carpet looked great after he was finished. He asked me to look at it after he was finished to make sure I was happy with the work. I will be using again for sure!

Everything with this company was wonderful, from the first contact to the way my carpet looks two weeks later. The dispatcher was helpful and very pleasant, dealing with my schedule changes and the technician was efficient and friendly. He cleaned all these rooms in about an hour and spots that I didn't think would ever come out are completely gone. No high-pressure sales tactics to buy this add-on service or that, just did his job, suggested a protectant for the high-traffic area that I thought was permanently stained, and left the job clean and neat. The carpet is fresh and looks new and it only took a few hours to be dry to the touch.

I was happy because they really tried and their receptionist is fabulous. A few of the spots came back but overall I was pleased.

(Ricardo) Young man showed up late and started off trying to get me to purchase extras. I was firm and replied, i wanted only the original work done. He then began and finished as quickly as possible and left. I feel he didn't take the time or attention to the task at hand.

I contacted these guys and they informed me they could Rejuvenate my carpet. I said they really should go and see it before making any promises. While estimating the job, the Tech told me NO problem, I specifically asked him, “what percentage as compared to brand new would this be upon completion”? I specifically said “if someone were blindfolded, and buried their face into the carpet, what percentage of brand new would it be? He assured me it would be 99% as “good as new”. I found this unbelievable, and was willing to accept 80% They arrived and did the job. The next day I went to the place, and the entire house reeked of cat urine (which it had NOT before). I called them and asked if they had literally used cat urine as a cleaning agent it was so bad. Granted the house faintly smelled of urine prior, but, now, this was a pungent overwhelming smell. I called them, they went out and redid the job…..which did not make much different. The smell eventually dissipated, so I more less dropped the matter, but, in a few days, again the odder was excessively pungent. I called them several times, and was told, that I had singed a ticket, and legally nothing I could do. Good job guys!!! (by the way, nothing I can do huh? Visa is in process of yanking the funds as I type this!!)

PREMIUM CARPET CARE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND CAME TO MY RESCUE VERY QUICKLY THE MORNING THAT I CALLED THEM. OVERALL I WOULD RATE THEM VERY HIGHLY AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS.

WE HAVE USED THIS SERVICE PROVIDER ON 2 OCCASIONS. THE FIRST TIME, THEY LEFT THE CARPET WETTER THAN I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED, BUT THE SECOND TIME WAS FINE. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GOOD JOB OF REMOVING STAINS. MY HUSBAND WAS AT HOME WHEN THEY ARRIVED, SO I CANNOT COMMENT PERSONALLY ON THEIR PUNCTUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM.
