Steve Marien did a fantastic job from start to finish on the installation of my sprinkler system. He was present when the very professional crew showed up and would stop by each day checking on the work done and explaining the installation process each day. Once the installation was complete he gave a quick training course on how to setup and run my system. Years later if I have a question or need someone to stop by and check the system, he always stops by and quickly replies to my questions. Whenever anyone inquires about a sprinkler system, I quickly mention Steve Marion and Dallas Water Solutions. I am extremely satisfied and do not hesitate recommending Steve and DWS.

Steve came in September 2023, gave an estimate on installing sprinklers in front and back of house. He was on time and. Very professional. He came the evening of the install and show us how to work the system. He even had the workers to come back after the front sidewalk was replaced to make sure the sprinklers were high enough and working properly. I am very pleased with the service and work. I recommended him to my Sister in law in Grand Praire. A great job was done at her house.

The one day job, from when I received estimated cost of installing with city permit plus spring rains turned into a six week process..

I had an irrigation system installed a little over a year ago. Steve came to give me the estimate. He is so professional, courteous and patient. I am so happy that he was the person that came to my home that day. Everything was explained to perfection and he even helped by showing me how to set up the automatic system. He called back weeks later to make sure that all was well. But to my surprise, I called with a concern about a year or so after installation. He not only returned my call but came back out to my house and fixed the issue personally. I highly recommend Dallas Water Solutions and their Representative, Steve, who both get a top notch (5 star) rating from me.

Excellent. Steve and installers showed up on time as scheduled. Steve was quick to respond to questions from initial contact and throughout the process. He took time to explain everything once the new install was completed. The installers were great. Everything cleaned up when they left.

I was impressed with the work they did and the care they took to be sure that the system covered all areas of my property. They also took time to explain how the system worked. Steve took time to answer all my questions and has followed up to make sure that I am satisfied with the job that was done. My lower rating about the value for the money is more about how pricing for everything has gone up. Their price was still better than the other quotes that I received.

We got over 5 bids and did a lot of research before choosing Dallas Water Solutions. They were very fairly priced and came with a good warranty. Kurt took several calls from me to answer my questions. When his team came to handle install they were efficient and professional. Done in one day as promised. I ran into an issue with system late in the day right after we put down new sod. Dallas Water Solutions had a team back out early the next morning and had the issue fixed and system running correctly in no time. Can not say enough about how impressed I am with the integrity and professionalism of this company. Iâ m recommending to anyone who ask about irrigation!!
