Description of Work: Just mowing the yard.

Description of Work: Complete landscaping of my back yard. Several types of bushes, couple palm trees, flowers, grasses etc. I told him before he did the design that I didn't like a lot of flowers, actually hardly any would be good. The design came back with half the yard having flowers. Very disappointed that it didn't represent what we talked about. Then when I asked to have the design redone with no flowers as originally discussed, they wouldn't redo the design but that he could work whatever I wanted in. Basically I used their original plan, searched the internet for ideas and picked out plants, bushes, and tree names to give back to him with them repositioned on his original drawing, but with my picked out plants. Didn't have any idea how they'd look after they fill in and mature, because it's not my forte'. I'm not the expert. A simple "will look fine", "will look good" was received. This made me very uneasy. Also, they were supposed to place the products in the yard (but not plant) until I could just look at he set up since there was no actual design with the final chosen products. This didn't happen. They were just all planted. But, they came out looking great, so all worked out in the end. I did want another grass along the back (which was the purpose of positioning the plants and not planting them first, so I and they could see how it would look). Once I talked to him about the one spot not looking right, he threw in another grass and didn't charge. That was very nice of him. Very nice and accommodating for the times and even when to pick up the payment etc. Very professional, just very busy I think. I would use him again, and have already given compliments of him and the company, out to my friends that have seen the back yard. Very reasonable priced too, actually less than two other estimates I got for the exact same layout and plants etc.

Description of Work: Used them for 10 yrs but they didnt come for 2 weeks. Emailed owner and they took forever to answer. They mowed 1 week and skipped 2 more weeks. Emailed owner again and he never answered me whether they would come and mow. I had to hire someone quick. My lawn was so long. 10 yr customer, paid on time every month. Rob didnt seem to care to lose a customer.

Description of Work: Cut, edge, mow, and clean up. Everything looks great now!

Description of Work: We had them level the back lawn to install a pool and also mow the lawn.
